Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Completely newly renovated & furnished 22Qm/ 1 room apartment. There is a private access to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is a small kitchen, with ceramic hob, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hairdryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. Smoking is allowed outside (e.g. balcony). Please note the parking instructions. The garden is private and not accessible.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Camper "The First"

We offer our caravan to all guests who love camping. The beach is 3 km away, shopping and a pharmacy are 1 km away. Two cheerful hosts with 2 dogs and lots of nature await you. The new wash house was newly built in 2021. (Hot water runs through a coin-operated machine. The coins can be bought from us). The caravan is a smoking caravan. You can also have drinks in our "smoking corner" with a cozy game of darts.
