Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in unserer ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Attraktiv für Spaziergänge am Wasser bis zum Gasometer oder zur Centro Promenade, am Kaisergarten vorbei. 6km Entfernung zu Europas größtem Einkaufszentrum. Wir haben die Küche mit einer Grundausstattung ausgestattet und da es auch schon mehrfach Anfragen gab, das Badezimmer hat eine Schiebetür. Es ist laut Gästen nicht so gut zu sehen auf den Bildern. Das Badezimmer kann aber natürlich geschlossen werden.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.
