The non-smoking apartment is small but well equipped at 28 m². It has a small kitchen corner, a dining area with possible sleeping space and a shower room. The room has space for a 1.80 m bed. Towels and bed linen can be brought by yourself or rented for €5 per person. The one-time final cleaning includes a parking space for a car. In front of the apartment is a terrace just for you. The apartment is not heatable and therefore only for rent from June to September.

The villa "Emma" is modern to luxuriously furnished. Here you can immediately feel at home thanks to the high level of comfort. There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with an indoor hot tub, 40 m² roof terrace overlooking Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra quiet area with relaxing loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Deine kleine Auszeit am Meer beginnt hier: Gemütliches Apartment für bis zu drei Personen mit Doppelbett, Schlafcouch, Küche und Terrasse zum Entspannen. Starte den Tag mit Kaffee an der frischen Luft und lass ihn entspannt ausklingen. In wenigen Minuten bist du am Strand, auf der Promenade oder in der Granitz – perfekt zum Abschalten. Bitte beachte: Kein eigener Parkplatz, aber öffentliche, kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe. Kurabgabe bei Anreise separat.

The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Der Balkon bietet großartigen Ausblick und die eigene KLAFS Sauna, stimmt Euch auf den Sommer ein.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
