The facility and the accommodation were very nicely laid out and well maintained. The location by the lake is very nice for walks and the restaurant on the premises is excellent. There is also a lot on offer for children.

We’ve never stayed anywhere like this before and we would again. Great service and beautiful surroundings / with a very chill vibe. Gorgeous cabins. Recommend to others!

Jody and Huib welcomed us and our young sheepdog very warmly. The accommodation is simply fantastic and beautiful. Even more beautiful than the pictures show. The garden is completely fenced, which made our stay with a dog very relaxing. The location of the place is also great. 20-25 minutes to all beaches on the west coast. Approximately 50 minutes to Amsterdam. There are shopping facilities for daily needs in a supermarket about 5 minutes away by car. We definitely had a very nice vacation and can only recommend this accommodation.

I was very satisfied with the entire booking and the stay on site. We were not there long, as we were on a fishing tour all over Holland and only slept in the accommodation. However, the accommodation invites you to stay longer. Small cozy garden and you can use the grill. The cottage is sufficiently equipped with everything you need. The rooms are a bit small, but if that doesn't matter to you, you can have a nice time there.

Loved this cute little place, the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming I’m glad we bumped into them, the place is way better than the pictures too and the outside surrounding area was just amazing, so peaceful and lovely. Was amazing for our little pups to run around too. Everything was modern and perfect on the inside, not a single bad thing! Can’t wait to stay again in the future.

Accommodation (cottage) remarkable for its quiet location and its authentic decoration and with great taste, a (real) Dutch country house! Beautiful view from the kitchen / dining room over the countryside, in the gardens of many birds. Carina is a very efficient and discreet person. We would recommend this lovely house very warmly, we had a great week there. Good option also to visit the country, nothing is really far away. In addition the small historic town of Hoorn is charming, and there are 3 supermarkets and many shops, bars, restaurants just 12 Km away. We'll be back as soon as we can… Didier & Yency

For the 3rd year in a row, we stayed in Carlo's cottage in Warmenhuizen. Good order, good communication, neat and clean. Lots to do in the area, sun, sea and lots of fun We'll definitely come back

We enjoyed very much our time here! Angreth and Joost have been super welcoming, friendly and helpful, we really felt at home. Plus, the house was tiny, cozy, with everything we needed, and the garden outside, surrounded by the flowers fields is wonderful: our kids (3) had the best time of their lives here! We hope to come back again one day!

We had a great time in Avignon!! The accommodation is great and good location. The hosts are welcoming and available to give us good sightseeing tips. I recommend it 100%!!!

Short stay in Wakkerloos op Callantsoog was great! Small but nice stay with everything you need. You walk to the beach in no time, especially in the evening was enjoying the beautiful sunset. You can also walk to the village square, in the morning delicious sandwiches picked up from bakery van der Ploeg. Friendly hosts, nice terrace, in short we enjoyed.

What makes this location special is how it combines urban convenience with tranquil surroundings - a rare find in metropolitan areas. Our incredibly attentive host provided excellent local recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, supplying a new fan and mosquito spray when needed. The excellent coffee machine with fresh beans was a delightful morning highlight. The property had everything we required for a comfortable stay in this serene environment. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quiet relaxation without sacrificing city access.

The forest cabin is really great, very private, it really feels like living in the forest, walking out of the cabin to the river, the view is also very comfortable and pleasant, we love to walk nearby. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are very clean. Only the bed is in the loft, the height is not ideal, you have to be very careful not to hit your head, everything else is great! The location of the cabin is about 10-15 minutes walk from the bus stop, but bicycles are very thoughtfully provided. We did not try to ride into Amsterdam city because it is a bit far, but it is very convenient to ride to the supermarket and the station, and the weather and the nearby scenery are very comfortable to ride a bicycle ~

Really nice place to spend a few days off. Karin and Nico are really nice and helpful. We appreciate all the understanding and the help. Also nice to spend time in sauna and hottub.

The cabin was beautiful as well as the yard and neighborhood! While on my trip, I wanted to add one more night to my stay. I looked at Suzanna's calendar and there were no nights available. I reached out to her and she opened a night up for us. I was very thankful! She and her husband are wonderful hosts and very helpful! It's our favorite airbnb!

The little cottage is lovingly designed. It's all new and clean. You have a small, demarcated terrace all to yourself. There is air conditioning, a TV and a coffee machine. You can explore the area well on foot. Clear recommendation!
