Guesthouse holiday rentals in Schuyler County

No Wi-fi? No TV? No problem!  Spent a relaxing week shopping, site seeing and wine tasting during the day, and sipping wine under the grape arbor, enjoying the scenic vista of the vineyard overlooking Keuka Lake, and quilting! My friend and I were able to finish 4 quilt tops this week! Our host, John, was on premises in the main house. He greeted us on arrival, and was able to answer questions about the area, provide recommendations about the local wineries and restaurants, and some local sites of interest. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The location is fantastic and Brian is incredibly helpful and responsive. My stay was absolutely wonderful.

This was our first time at the Keuka Lake Beach house cottage. It is exactly as described in listing. Rob greeted us upon our arrival , gave us a quick tour of the cottage and let us know he was just a text away if we needed anything or had any questions. The cottage setting was so relaxing… our favorite part of our vacation was just sitting on the dock and porch deck reading, drawing, and just listening to the gentle lake water sounds. The setting and aura of the cottage on the lake made it a little hard to leave to explore and enjoy the area! We did manage to leave and check out the area’s towns, trails and small stores. We also enjoyed walks along the road right outside of the cottage which has minimal traffic . There is also a wooded trail right across the street from the cottage . Our Golden Retriever also had a great time relaxing and swimming. He made a new friend in Rob’s Labrador, QB(?) We would definitely return to this cottage and highly recommend it.

Cutest little Airbnb!! My husband and I came up for the weekend so that I could run the Gorges Ithaca Half Marathon. It was equal in distance to Trumansburg and Ithaca (just 10 minute easy drive to each!) , which is exactly what we were looking for. We loved the peacefulness of our stay, the beauty of the location and Heather was more than responsive! We knew exactly what to expect (and even we greeted by the 3 sweetest little dogs!). We highly recommend this place and we will absolutely keep this place in mind for when we come back!

This was my second stay at Jackie’s house and my Mom’s first. She enjoyed it as much as I did. It’s a beautiful spot. The house is cute and very clean with everything you need. The dock is the perfect spot to sit on and enjoy the lake. Can’t wait to go back.

This apartment was very cute and clean! Easily accessible and Connie was very sweet and communicative! I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Yellow flags blooming at the edge of the pond, red-winged black birds singing, frogs chirping -- beautiful! We appreciated the beautiful surroundings and the cozy interior.

What a beautiful view, the best part was the dock on the lake watching the sunset and you cant beat the breathtaking beauty of it. The place was cozy and very clean. Hey if your looking for a getaway rather it be romantic or going to see what the lakes have to offer this place is a great location. We will be definitely returning. Thanks Marla

The Birdhouse was wonderful! So cozy and comfortable. Very clean and welcoming. It was in the best location and near everything. Karissa and Eric (property manager) were wonderful to work with and we're very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and were extremely accommodating. Thank you for a fantastic stay! we would definitely stay at the Birdhouse again and recommend it to our friends.

We had a great time. Location is central to 2 fingerlakes . Great hiking and wineries in the area. Lots of amenities for family fun. We hope to visit again.

We really enjoyed the place. Was close to all the State Parks we wanted to visit. Great secluded location. We had a good laugh at the Opera toilet. Didnt bother us at all. Was nice and cool during the warm weather bit cold at first as it was cold outside but plenty of blankets around to keep cozy. Really enjoyed talking with them as well and the recommendations for hikes to do for our next trip. Would definitely stay there again. Only improvement would be to let guests know what the grid is to plug space heaters in during colder weather so they don't trip the fuses.

This place is in the middle of nowhere — but a short drive to somewhere! There’s a store easy walking distance away. Otherwise, you are in the middle of farm country. Just what I was looking for! From the outside, the house isn’t much to see. My children were even a little apprehensive. But nice inside, it is bright and modern and clean. I highly recommend it!

The only thing I wish we had was more time to enjoy the views and area! Highly recommend booking with Jason if you’re looking for peace and tranquility!

We had such an amazing stay here in Penn Yan! We loved the home and especially the games and pool table downstairs! My boys loved playing in the huge beautiful backyard!

Stayed there for our first wedding anniversary/my birthday weekend and Tom was more than helpful. The place was beautiful and quiet. Tom was extremely responsive in my messages about early check in. He even left us a nice bottle of champagne and a card for our anniversary. Place was clean and everything was labeled and instructions were very clear. Would HIGHLY recommend this place for a great weekend in the finger lakes.

Peaceful place. Was working very hard and long hours in the area. Very restful stay.

6 STARS- if possible. Having had staying at more than 30 different listings through this platform, Jordan’s The Outlook not only ticked all boxes but simply exceeded all expectations and standards. Clean, neat, attentive setups, clear instructions, proactive communication…etc. on top of this dream location with lovely decor and breathtaking views of the Cayuga Lake. This experience was simply divine and for one to cherish forever. Now I’ll add one star more :)
