Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Schuylkill County

Me and my friend stay for one night we played uno and had the most amazing time it’s a very cute house clean not too modern but has a lot of charm I also love the Bible verses on the wall it had no tv’s but I don’t feel like you need them because the charm and area around was so beautiful it made us want to take a break from electronics and talk and play board games would stay again the host was friendly and responded quick great for a little getaway.

This was a convenient location for our visit to Knoebel's Amusement Park, as all other closer places were filled or beyond our budget. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, with sidewalks and not too much more to do - but that was fine given our short stay and purpose for being in that area. The rooms were neat, clean and tidy, and kitchen appliances and provided plates and cooking utensils were up to par. The bed was medium firm foam and provided sufficient support..we slept fine. The only negative was that the bedroom shade was not the room darkening kind and as the window faces east it got bright real early. Other than that minor inconvenience I would stay there again...thanks, Joe!

The home was decorated nicely, and well organized. When visiting family, we will stay here again!

Diane and Hiester are simply the best! This was our second time staying with them in PA, and it was just as fantastic as the first. They are truly amazing hosts – so warm, welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their place is perfect, but it's their incredible kindness and genuine hospitality that make all the difference. We absolutely love staying with them and can't wait for our next visit! Highly, highly recommended!

One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. 3 miles down the road from Jim Thorpe made it a perfect location.

This place was beautiful. Great setting with the river right behind the house. Sylvia was so pleasant and made everything so easy. We would 100% stay here again.

We stayed here while visiting family. The place was in a great location and in walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. The host was very quick to answer any questions about the stay. I will definitely use their services again when in town. We had no problem with street parking near the apartment.

Our 4th time staying. Need I say more? Annual family stay in the hometown region. We look forward to it every year. This year, lucky to see bald eagles! The property is beautiful and peaceful. A great get-away and so peaceful. The house has everything you could want or need. And Melissa is responsive to all needs but at the same time you have privacy. Can't wait to go back next year! Our grandkids call it "the brown house" and throughout the year, ask "When are we going back to the brown house?" Thanks for a great stay and thanks for the memories too, Melissa!!!!

Great place. Clean. Nice fire pit. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were in the area for a multi-day event, so we did not get to take advantage of all of the area's and home's offerings, but the house itself and all of the thought the host put into the details were wonderful. Mike had walking sticks with flashlights hung by the door, blaze orange vests and hats in the coat closet, s'mores ingredients on-hand, just to name a few of the perfect cabin-in-the-woods touches. I enjoyed reading a bit of The Field Guide to Dumb Birds of North America : ) Lots of books on the bookshelves for readers. My bed was very comfortable. You will be staying in an antique cabin in the woods with a wood-burning fireplace, but all of the areas that need to be clean for guests (counters, bathroom, bedding, etc.) were clean. Thank you for a great place to stay while in the area!

KinderHawk Schoolhouse was absolutely perfect. My husband and I were looking for a peaceful place to unwind from our busy lives. This place delivered. The schoolhouse itself is quaint and charming. It has everything and more. The welcome basket was very appreciated. The surroundings are beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the farm animals at the farm across the street and bird watching. We enjoyed the outside fire pit and also the indoor fireplace on the cool evenings. We hiked Hawk mountain which is 2 miles up the road. It has spectacular views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. I wish we stayed longer. I can’t say enough good things about it.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful area. There was a great place to eat nearby, Woody’s, and we loved being so close to Knoebels amusement park. Both places were recommended by the host and truly made our trip. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a great stay! Everything was so clean and exactly as described. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 and it was just a short drive to Hershey Park. We would love to stay again!
