The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

From this fully equipped apartment, you can reach the countryside ("Schwarzacher Ried" - incl. "Heurigen") on foot or by bike and the cities Bregenz and Dornbirn are also in the immediate area. A bus stop and the train station "Schwarzach" can be reached by foot in only 2 minutes. Bregenz (directly on Lake Constance/Bregenzer Festspiele) and Dornbirn are about 10 minutes away by train. The first ski areas can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes.

The accommodation includes two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a private bathroom and toilet, as well as a seating area in the garden. It has a magnificent view over the Rhine Valley. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and bank are only 5 minutes' walk away. A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can get to Bregenz (lake, festivals), Dornbirn or the Bregenz Forest. It has a parking space for a car up to about 5 meters in length.

We are a family with two children (9 and 15 years) and live in the center of a small nice village. The accommodation to be booked is an inlay apartment in our residential building. Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. Soccer field and playground are around the corner. We have beautiful views over the Rhine Valley.
