The farm has a secluded location and is accessible via an avenue. On the site, the field stone walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Just about 1½ to 2 hours from Berlin, situated right on the border with Brandenburg! If you’re looking for absolute peace and quiet in the countryside, right by a lovely lake, surrounded by birds and wildlife, and close to the “Unteres Odertal” Nature Park, then you are right here! Whether it’s a boat trip, unwinding from everyday life in the sauna house, a bike ride or a hike through woods and fields – or simply relaxing by the open fire, you’ll find it all at Haus am See! A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Modern Barn Conversion

This beautiful, modern barn conversion with romantic views onto a ruinous barn, a mediterranean garden and the beautiful hilly landscape of Uckermark will make your heart beat slower :). It is an ideal starting point for day trips - in the immediate vicinity there are swimming lakes, bicycle & hiking trails, old villages and many other touristic offers. In our village there is a small deli shop with organic products from local farmers and a nice pub with a beer garden.

Our 70 m² guest apartment (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and large garden) in an idyllic location on the edge of the Lower Oderbruch offers space for relaxation and country life. Many animals live on our farm. A swimming lake in the village is within walking distance - the Alte Oder, forest, meadows and fields invite you to experience nature and simply "unwind." Also suitable for active vacationers, cyclists and especially families with children. Everything is there :-)

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!

Welcome to the Schwedt vacation home. The small bungalow-style house has two rooms, a small entrance area, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. One room is equipped with a French bed and single bed. The other room has two single beds. Each room also has a flat-screen TV, a small dining table and two chairs. “Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.
