Charming independent house 2 steps from the lake

Cottage 100 meters from the lake and 400 meters from the beach and the port of Sciez, new, quiet, ideal if you want to discover Lake Geneva and its surroundings whether you are alone, as a couple or a family of 4. The house, which is located on my property, offers total independence with a separate parking space and entrance. Lake and mountain activities, water sports center 200 meters away, hiking, canyoning, fishing, close to ski resorts, 20 minutes from Evian and 25 km from Geneva.

Large new studio with bicycles

Completely new studio created in a former carpenter's workshop at the bottom of a quiet and relaxing cul-de-sac overlooking the vegetable gardens. The studio is composed of an entrance on the ground floor and the accommodation on the 1st floor. It is fully equipped. You will find basic food as well as bicycles allowing you to access the surrounding area The studio is 5 minutes by bike from the lake, 7 minutes walk from a supermarket and the center of the village.

Independent apartment

Fully equipped apartment, on the ground floor of our house. You have a private and secure parking space. We are 20 minutes from the port and beach of Sciez à Pied or 3min by car ( 1.3 km ) 30 minutes from the ski resorts and 30 minutes from the center of Geneva. Info: Non self check-in, from 5pm to 9pm. Check-out is self-contained, 11am maximum. The property must be returned as clean as you got it on arrival. Bath towels not provided. Not suitable for young children

Triplex tower studio, city center.

Refurbished atypical studio in the city center. It is a tower on three floors, pleasant to live in by its optimization of space and its very special charm. Old fireplace (out of order), triple exposures with lake view... It consists of an independent bedroom area under the roofs on the upper level, a living area, equipped kitchen, living room (TV & internet) on the middle level (entrance) and a bathroom and toilet (washing machine, dressing room) on the lower level.

Close to the centre of the village of Sciez (2 minutes walk) and its amenities (bakery, mini-market, post office, tobacconist/press), the flat is perfectly situated for a stay between the lake and the mountains. For your walks, you are at : 5 mn by car from the sandy beach of Excenevex, 5 mn from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15mn from the centre of Thonon-les-Bains, 35 mn from the centre of Geneva, 35 mn from the nearest ski resort (Les Habères).

Close to the lake... not far from the mountains

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.

Independent studio near Lake Geneva

Charming studio adjoining our house but totally independent of 25m² in the small village of Jussy with a bathroom, a kitchen and a bedroom. Perfectly quiet, you will nevertheless be close to Lake Geneva (5min), the large ski resorts (Chatel, Morzine, Avoriaz - around 45min) and Switzerland (Geneva - 35min). Perfectly suited for a person or couple looking for a comfortable footstool to enjoy the lake, mountain or visit the Chablais.

The mazot, outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi (for a fee)

We offer this room in an authentic mazot. It is a 16m2 cabin with 160/200 sleeping with TV, internet, storage, mini fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave and shower room with toilet. An outdoor kitchen with Weber gas sink and BBQ. Bed linen and towels are included. Access to the jacuzzi is available by reservation 48 hours in advance at the rate of €25/person for 2 hours. We don't do breakfast
