Great host and great property. Highly recommend.

Just what we were looking for. A peaceful getaway and time to unwind. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. The house was well stocked of all the necessities. The house was clean and just as described. Brought everything we needed but the host was very helpful and had recommendations for guests should they desire to venture out. They were very responsive and helpful. We hope to go back!

Lafe and Mary were wonderful! Mary came down and greeted us and she is so sweet! every time we had a question we texted and had an immediate answer. The home is beautiful and the view is stunning! We had a family get together there and it worked out wonderfully! The kitchen is so equipped you will need nothing! the beds were all very comfortable. The game room in the basement was wonderful for my 7-year-old grandson! We would definitely go back!

the pink dreams cottage was a delight & everything my group of girls couldve asked for + more. katie was a lovely host making the place special for my birthday, giving recommendations around the area & addressing our questions throughout the stay. we are so grateful to have this fairytale escape in ohio 🎀

We were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the house was! Towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent and fully stocked kitchen and tons of cozy blankets! The whole place is perfect! It’s in walking distance of the flood wall and all the local shops and restaurants. As a returning local I appreciated the access to historic downtown at a great price.

This was our 2nd stay at the house and will continue to be our go to place when we are in the area visiting family. Getting to South Shore, Kentucky is quick and easy and being so close to downtown Porstmouth is great. Having the fenced in yard is so great for our dog. There was always hot water even when 3 of us showered one after the other and the water pressure is great. Christopher was always quick to respond when we had questions.

The place was perfect for 1 and would have still been fine if my wife had joined me. They accommodated my special request. I will stay again whenever I come back if they have an opening.

We stayed 5 weeks, Vickie was very easy to get a hold of and made sure we were happy and comfortable. We told her the bed was uncomfortable and she replaced the mattress without hesitation, even though we told her she didn’t have too.

This place is beautiful, we loved it, it was very cozy to sleep in this house and its owners are very friendly, I recommend it 100%

Kent is a great host, he was quick to respond. The home was very clean and comfortable. We were down for graduation and were able to walk across the street to the graduation location, it was perfect!

We had to book a last minute place due to a family member death in the area. We travelled from Tennessee and looked for places nearby where we would be visiting family. The farm house was a great peaceful area. The horses were amazing to watch as well as the miniature horses next to the house. The house was well stocked with just about anything you needed. It was very clean and had a great homestead vibe. The host was very responsive with any questions. We travel to Ohio quite often and will certainly consider the farm house as a viable option for future bookings. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.
