One of the most beautiful places to stay in Northern Alabama. Bubba was extremely helpful. Property is incredible.

We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the cabin we also enjoyed the waterfalls at surrounding trails we went for our one year anniversary and they put us up a happy anniversary sign not wife adored it we will definitely be looking forward to to going back again thanks so much for the amazing weekend

Fantastic place to stay with great amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks and fire pit. This cabin is a lovely private getaway. Koren was proactive and communicative throughout the whole process. We would 100% stay here again.

This was exactly what we were looking for-a clean, comfortable place with a beautiful view and mountain feel on our way to Savannah to visit family. The weather was perfect for one of the days, and the other day it was rainy and foggy, but we spent that day going to Ruby Falls. It cleared up in the afternoon. We spent evenings around the fire pit in which wood was provided and we brought our own outdoor chairs that were more comfortable than the benches provided. We also grilled out using the grill on the property, and there were plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. Everything was just as pictured. All in all, a wonderful getaway. We loved our stay here! Walked in to a clean and comfortable environment with an amazing view. Conveniently located to Cloudland Canyon and Lula Lake Land Trust. Plenty of space for my dog as well. Really enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the deck watching the fog. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a very relaxed and peaceful couple of days. The location seems secluded, but it’s very easy to get j to town. We even had dinner door dashed. Kaleob was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had.

The home is very convenient to all things Mentone. So nice that there are two suites! We grilled one night and most nights enjoyed a relaxing fire in the screened porch fireplace. Kitchen is very workable for cooking full meals and wifi, TV and setting are great. Our dogs were able to run off lead as the home is about 1000' off the main road on a small lane. Loved the cabin feel and that there were bathtubs! You must see Little River Falls - take water shoes & play in the mountain water!

What a trip to remember! The birdhouse was private in a secluded area. We loved the fire pit out front with an amazing view of the lake. Having a see through ceiling was very unique and an amazing experience. Lewis and Jordan were fantastic hosts!!

I loved my stay at Lindsey's - I was there for a week on a writing retreat during one of the coldest times of winter but I was comfy and cozy in the cabin. The surrounding area is beautiful and it was really peaceful there. I particularly appreciated being able to bring my dog with me! We were delighted to meet the friendly neighbor dogs when they stopped by one day. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I'm sure I'll be back in a warmer season to enjoy more of the wrap-around porch!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cabin! It was the perfect stop on our long road trip from Key West to Chicago. The cabin was warm, welcoming, and just what we needed to relax and recharge. My wife and I felt right at home, and our two dogs were just as happy—plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We truly appreciated the peaceful setting and would definitely stay here again if we’re ever passing through. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at The Tadpole! It was cozy and private. Fresh eggs were incredible! We will definitely be back when the main pond is stocked with fish... the creek bank was a little challenging for fishing. Patrick was very attentive to us during the stay, even reaching out when there was difficult weather.

We loved our stay! We were here for a wedding close by, and this was so much closer than the alternative hotels. More importantly, Cyndi stocked the place with everything we could have needed. We especially loved the goats and Sampson the dog. Our stay here made our trip relaxed and enjoyable.

The place is great! Clean, easy stay. The parking is very good for one boat. Easy with two and serviceable with 3 which is what we had.

Our stay was very comfortable and I had a wonderful sleep after a long drive, the cathedral caverns did not disappoint!!

Suzan's place was a awesome getaway for a vacation. I stayed for a week and never had one issue. spotless house everything worked perfectly. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I wanted to get away for our 1 year anniversary and found Dawn's place close to all the hikes we wanted to go to in Fort Payne. Super cute and cozy however I will say if you are older with not so good knees, it will definitely be hard to climb the steep stairs to the bed (even us young folks struggled to get up & down.) Also not many places to lounge inside other than the bed. Couch is small & firm but reasonable for the space inside. Definitely a cute airbnb close enough to Little River Canyon Falls & Desoto State Park!

It was a nice little place for my wife and myself. Was fairly close to everything within a 20 minute drive or less. Right down the road from a boat launch and a great bait/tackle shop

The cabin was beautiful and clean, the location was very quiet and relaxing. The scenery from the back porch was wonderful too. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to unwind and relax.

Everything was super clean. Very convenient location right off the highway, and easy to find. It was easy to get in and out, and Tammy sent clear instructions ahead of time. There was covered parking for a boat and a large driveway - we didn’t have a boat; we had a small RV that had an issue so we needed somewhere else to spend the night, and the boat parking was too low to pass under, as well as low hanging power lines. If you have a low boat or other vehicle like that it would be great; but just a heads up if you have something a bit taller (our RV height is 10 ft 6 in). It wasn’t a problem as there were other areas to park that were easy to access so did not interrupt our stay. Furnishings and amenities were simple but you had everything you need! Overall we were satisfied.
