Wonderful lodge, beautiful surroundings, outdoor space was excellent. Hosts were proactive in providing any information we might need. The lodge was clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to dine either inside the lodge or in the excellent outside space. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Secure garden for our dogs was great, they were safe and there was no way of them escaping the garden. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here. We were a little apprehensive on arrival because it is on the side of the pub and we had young children so were worried about noise levels etc but we didn’t need to be, it was so quiet and a lovely pub too (our kids were probably the noisemakers in the town that weekend)! The house was spotless and the hot tub was really worth the additional amount per night, it was the best thing about our mini break according to our kids!! Would definitely come back, we’d love to explore the area more and walk (5 mins literally) to the gorgeous beach again!!

Lovely location and super big family house, especially for kids. Very quiet spot with great sunrise views. The kitchen was well equipped and accommodated all for meals. The hot tub was in daily use! Plenty of things to occupy small ones - garden, trampoline, play-room, games - and lots of places to see. The Live Africa zoo nearby is really worth a visit. All agreed it was a really fun week and could well be repeated.....

FABULOUS STAY!! ONE OF THE BEST ON AIR-BNB. Stunning location and the home was epic. Gorgeous old farmhouse with all the modern comets. Stayed with our entire family and the kids were so happy. Hot tub, walks and plenty of space to run around. Sarah always responded and was proactive to help us with anything. We even extended our stay we were having so much fun. We will be back.

We stayed in Kestrel Barn as a group of four friends. Nicola is a great host with brilliant communication, everything was very clear and easy. The barn is a lovely space and spotlessly clean. 10 mins walk to a lovely beach and a couple of pubs. The outdoor space and hot tub are fab too!

Beautiful place to stay. Nice and clean. All key amenities that you would need. Lovely touches such as tea, coffee, milk, biscuits for a cuppa after a long drive along with things to wash up. Very quiet location, thoroughly enjoyable sat outside with a cup of tea at sunset.

The house is stunning. We were a party of 6 adults and a baby for joint birthday celebrations. The kitchen and lounge layout was superb for cooking, lounging and celebrating and so light with the huge windows making it feel as if the garden and house were one. The bedrooms were all big, the beds and bedding beautiful quality. Showers were great. The layout of the house suited us very well with a good distance between lounge/ kitchen area and bedrooms so as not disturb a sleeping baby in the day or evening. Lots of games left for entertainment in and outside the house. The hot tub and BBQ were a huge hit, easy to light and maintain. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again, really very happy to have found Rumi's Field. Thank you to Alice and Andrew who were so helpful when we had some extra questions before staying.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mario's cottage. It was a welcoming place with a home from home feel. It was exactly as described, tidy and well presented, with everything we needed. The area was a fantastic base for exploring the Norfolk coast. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone wanting a peaceful, cosy and well equipped holiday home. Mario was a great host and made us feel welcome.

Fabulous cottage, warm and well equipped. Spotlessly clean with everything thing you could think of for a home from home stay. We loved how central it was in Holt yet still peaceful.

We had a lovely few days at Nelson Heights. The house was perfect for our trip. It was comfortable, well equipped and we loved being able to sit out in the garden and enjoy the evening sunshine. It was an easy walk to the seafront and local shops. A fantastic base to explore the North Norfolk coast.

A lovely relaxing last minute break which out did our expectations! Such a peaceful area and the cabin had everything you needed. Was great to get away from busy day to day life and enjoy a drink on the terrace in the sun. Our dog Mylo loved his stay too, we will definitely be back!

Had a lovely stay at the cottage. A couple of the bedrooms are quite small so not a lot of room for 2 suitcases. Probably suited to 1 person rather than 2! Downstairs was spacious and comfortable. Could do with a couple more larger frying pans. Cooking for 6 with one small pan not ideal! Not really any towel hanging space in the main bathroom. We had 4 sharing this room with one little hanging space which we hung the hand towel on. Meant hanging our towels in the bedrooms over wardrobe doors…common problem in most Airbnb’s to date is the lack of hanging space for towels! But overall we enjoyed our stay and the lemon cake on arrival was delicious and most appreciated. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Absolutely stunning house. Close to everything you need. Beautifully decorated throughout and a lovely space to relax in. Lovely personal touches throughout. Just want to thank Fran and Ed for being wonderful hosts.

We e joyed our stay, unfortunately my husband became unwell and was taken to hospital before the end of our holiday. Charlotte was very understanding about our situation. We loved how quirky the chalet was, bed was lovely and comfortable, the area was quiet and really nice walks close by. We will definitely be booking up again.

Had a lovely relaxed weekend at Pippa & Steve’s lodges. Lots of amenities, easy to find and they made us feel very welcome. We loved that we had a swimming pool as well as the jacuzzi. Thoroughly enjoyed everything and would definitely revisit! Thank you for being great hosts!

The caravan has everything you will need during your stay. A&M holidays was very accessible when I needed to contact them & answered all questions I had to ask when wanting advice and information. The location is great and the Haven site has loads to do and supermarkets 5 minutes down the road. Close to a great Smokehouse restaurant!!! Would defo recommend.

Perfect location. Really comfortable space. Everything we needed. Fab having access to the swimming pool. It wasn't busy, so we had relative flexibility to use the pool at the times we wished. Easy access to local places to visit for a great holiday including long walks on beautiful beaches. Would recommend!

This property was excellent for seven guests. One guest was wheelchair reliant and with a few accessible aids of our own it was suitable for such guest.The Lodge was well equipped kitchen wise with plenty of pots and cutlery.washing machine and dishwasher within which made it feel like home.Only downside was the road access around the site which was just pebbled and Impossible to push a wheelchair or pushchair.Having said...we had a thoroughly enjoyable week in a first class accommodation.

had a wonderful family break with my two teenagers. Fantastic location near to the beach, good family entertainment in club house, near to great Yarmouth stadium and seafront.

Great cottage. Spotlessly clean, plenty of room and all of the basics covered. The Goat Shed farm shop & cafe was SO much more than we had expected - fabulous! How wonderful to see a great business thriving. Great range, gorgeous food, amazing staff who went out of their way to help us even when we needed an iron (which was not in their job description). Would recommend everything about The Goat Shed and the accommodation.

A great, homely, caravan with all the facilities we needed. A nice quiet site which is a bit older fashioned and quirky. Beautiful views of the sea and Trimingham beach from the site. Partial sea view from the caravan. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice little pool, clubhouse/bar and cafe on site. Easy access via key safe. Host very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a weekend away at Aquarius. It was spotlessly clean, and a light, modern style. For a compact space Susan has maximised it so with many homely touches - hooks for towels, wardrobes in each room, space for toiletries in the bathroom, well placed tables, mirrors and a well stocked kitchen. The shower has good pressure and stays plenty warm, and we were glad for hand soap at each sink and toilet paper. Everything was presented beautifully and immaculately, and we were grateful for our welcome pack goodies! The outside space is lovely and a comfortable little sun trap and we found the site to be private and peaceful, we all slept really well. We loved the beach and our 14 and 11 year old children loved exploring there and flying kites. We found it a great base for nearby Southwold and Great Yarmouth and had two fantastic days out. We 100% recommend Aquarius, and Susan as a lovely, friendly host who made it a fantastic AirBnB experience. Thank you!
