Rosalba apartment is in the heart of Asti. Renovated in 2019, it is located in an Art Nouveau building from the early 1900s. During the renovation, interesting details such as the parquet flooring and paintings on the bedroom ceiling were maintained and restored. The house, with swimming pool, is located two km from the town and overlooks the valley . It enjoys complete autonomy and allows guests to live in a typical farmhouse with antique furniture. Guests have the exclusive availability of the property. The other house overlooking the courtyard (it was a small village) is always my property and is closed during the stay of guests. I chose to have few guests to guarantee them and me more peace of mind.
