Holiday rentals with a sauna in Sea of Marmara

The place was very clean and matched the photos perfectly. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Overall, it was a great experience!

I liked everything, everything is as advertised. The availability of underground parking was more than relevant for us. Nearby there are coffee shops, bakeries....on weekends there was a bazaar). Taksim Square is a short walk away, but the descents and climbs add distance. The host of the apartment provided all the necessary information, so we got there and checked in without any problems. And in general, I constantly asked if everything was fine and if we needed anything else...which could not but please

Loved my stay at Sinpaş Queen Bomonti! The apartment on the 36th floor offers a breathtaking view over Istanbul – especially at sunset a real highlight. The equipment is modern and high quality, the building very well maintained and safe. Perfect for a stylish stay in a central location. Clear recommendation!

Great place to stay if you're looking for nightlife. A lot of bars near the apartment. Great food and super close to brand stores for shopping.

I stayed at the property with my 3 young boys and with my dear wife for about a week. We truly enjoyed it. Emre is a lovely and an experienced host. He is super responsive and embodies Turkish hospitality in what he does. He provided not only practical instructions but also made us feel home. It's not news that they house has beautiful view but also has all the appliances a family needs. Highly recommended.

Both Adam and Bora were excellent hosts! Very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed staying at their place for 10 days, super comfortable and cozy. It’s close and within walking distance to popular tourist spots. Plenty of coffee shops and markets close by as well. Will definitely be returning to stay at this place in the future. everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

Nice place to stay specially during summer, Great pool and location in where you can find everything just by walking you will also have the lake view on the highest floor The place was clean and Batur was always responsive. Just bring your shampoo’s, soap and extra sheets and towels, we didn’t need more and didn’t ask for more but would be better if there were more to use Generally I recommend the place to everyone

as two families, we chose it for a pleasant weekend with our children, first of all, a place where you can go every season in summer and winter, the heated pool works smoothly, the jacuzzi works smoothly and the sauna works smoothly, we did not have the slightest mishap. You can trust a very clean place in terms of cleanliness, you can feel like your own home, I went to many places, believe me, I didn't lie to say that I saw it so clean for the first time. there are light yokes on the straight road 5-10 minutes from the center about its location, it will not be a problem for 4 seasons, the grocery store, the bakery, the hospital, the post office is in the center of 5 - 10 minutes away. while waking up in the morning, you can meditate by listening to the bird civilians with the sound of the stream in nature:) depending on its location, we did not encounter any damage, insects,mosquitoes, etc. in this regard.
