Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sea Point

Stayed for a month with wife and kids. Excellent location. walkable to Woolworths for groceries. Many restaurants and bars nearby for a night out. BBQ grill in the backyard for a night in. Rooms are comfortable. AC heating and cooling work. Looks like the photos. Many kitchen appliances and amenities for cooking include several spices. Lots of options for coffee, instant, drip, press, Nespresso. Regular scheduled cleaning and gardening. Prompt host responses for any issue. Very quiet and narrow street. 2 parking spots. Completely dark at night (use your phone flashlight when walking at night). Strong door and safety features. Close proximity to UCT satellite campus with shuttle to main campus. Excellent for a long-term visitor. will stay again.

This home is just that, a rustic home away from home. With facilities every house should have. The added whistling kettle was the cherry on top each day when I needed a cup of tea. One image needs updating as it shows an old fridge when there’s a massive chic fridge. The lounge fireplace has a way of warming the whole lounge area making it cozy. The reading nook is just the most beautiful cutest space there is in the longing area. It is near a small business centre with Woolies, Clicks and Pick n Pay. And a short takeout delivery time for most takeout places (nuri sushi is a must). This property exceeded my expectations and Mikhaela was very helpful and responded in short turnaround times and was always ready to help. I would definitely stay there again.

My group and I had an amazing stay at Russell's place in Capetown. The place was beautiful and had everything we could need for our 5 day stay. What stood out the most though was Russell's hospitality! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Russell for your kindness. Our family of 6 stayed at Sally’s home for a family reunion- we had a fabulous time! The home is so clean and spacious. The kitchen was wonderful and Brenda is so kind and helpful. The views of the ocean and mountain are stunning! We hope to stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay here while we were visiting Cape Town. It has an amazing view of the ocean and a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy it. The house was extremely clean and well-stocked for our stay, and Naomi was very kind and attentive. There is plenty of space for anywhere from a couple to a large family to stay. We will definitely book this Airbnb again on our next trip to Cape Town!

Any amazing and very modern space. Very few AirBnB look just like the photos and this place surpassed theirs. The privacy of the bedrooms with such an open concept was great and the outdoor garden terrace and rooftop was perfect. Definitely will stay here again.

Loved this stay! Highly recommended. It is greatly located, the hosts are very helpful and trying to be proactive to support your travel needs, friendly, and also the apartment is beautiful. You can see and hear the ocean from the apartment, and it is also in a good distance for both the city center and other touristic spots.

Phenomenal Stay from start to finish. Our host was responsive. She took care of us, gave us great recommendations. The security was excellent and the location was awesome! Truly made us feel at home would recommend to many and stay there again easily

Jason's unit was absolutely wonderful. As instructed, we messaged Chris(property manager) from the airport and he was waiting for us in front of the building. After guiding us to the secured parking garage, we checked in on the ground floor, a 2-3 mins process. Then up to the unit where Chris explained how to access building/garage, about area shops and restaurants, recommended local sites & paragliding(loved it!). It made a big difference in getting our bearings. The 2-bedroom unit was meticulously clean w/ lots of natural light. The kitchen was well-stocked and thoughtfully laid out (coffee,sugar,cream,paper towels,etc) and the view was incredible. Even the bed was comfortable(important to us) & I’m happy to report we slept well, commenting how comfortable the bed was each morning. The location was excellent, one block from the beach walk and main strip and significantly quieter. Across the street there's a grocer, bakery/restaurant, hair/nail salon, pharmacy, etc. A great place!

Had an amazing stay at Ciska’s! The flat was great, cosy, amazing views at every corner. Loved using the fireplace during the colder nights and waking up to both the ocean and lion head. Mona took an amazing care of the place, leaving it spotless every time. Highly recommend!

We had a great week at Joel’s apartment in Sea Point. The location was excellent as it was 1/2 block from a Checkers grocery store and within walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops. Although we didn’t go to the beach while there, it was also a short walk to the beach. The apartment was furnished with everything you need for a week’s stay including washer dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and other similar amenities. Gill communicated proactively and we greatly appreciated her flexibility with an early check-in time and meeting at 6:00 AM for checkout to catch our flight. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Seepoint. The appartment is spacious, clean and the view is amazing. The balcony and parking are a huge plus as well.

We had a super stay. The staff are amazing and were incredibly kind and helpful at anytime of the day. The apartment had everything we needed and great views too! We will definitely be back.

The response time was quick , the hot water needs to be fixed , but that was a minor issue

We loved Sabine's place. The decoration, furniture was beautiful. Sabine was very clear in her instructions, proactive in communication. Everything worked, the gas barbeque was my favourite, we could 'braai' fish we caught! The location is great for activities, close to VnA waterfront etc for shopping too. We found street parking most afternoons when coming back, but it was full at night so unlikely you'll arrive after 7pm and find street parking close by.

Home away from home. What a beautiful place. We really enjoyed our short stay. Would definitely recommend. Big ups to Sean for the amazing hospitality and communication throughout.

Stayed at Leo’s place for 4 nights. Timon was assisting us throughout. Very helpful. Always replied to our any questions at any time. We weren’t able to operate the heater, so he came down specially to show us and made a video also got an extra electric heater if we still can’t operate the manual one. Loved the place. It’s just perfect for 2 people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay with gorgeous views and near to all the restaurants and supermarkets We had a great time :)

My husband and I had truly a great stay. The apartment was central and we had ocean view. Once a week we had a complimentary cleaning of the apartment and change of towels and linen. Both Linnea and her husband were quick to answer our messages and were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was conveniently close to safe walking areas, shops, a beautiful park & restaurants yet was in a relatively quiet road. The apartment is beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need, especially in the kitchen. It’s light & airy with stunning views. You feel secure & totally at ease there. Very obliging staff, in all, everything to recommend it.

Darrens apartment is really great. Ideally located in Sea Point, very close to shops and restaurants and very easy to access the rest of Cape Town. Easy to check in and the apartment is nice and clean, all the useful facilities listed and even bottle of wine, some coffee and milk capsules for when we arrived. Very comfortable bed. Beach towns provided. Strong WIFI. A really really great stay, it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks very much Darren!

Couldn’t fault the apartment! Fabulous views of Table Mountain, Lions Head & the waterfront. Apartment was very clean & had all the amenities - washing machine, iron, coffee machine, microwave, tv, etc, etc. Comfortable furniture & bed. Will definitely book again next time!
