Jason’s place is even better than described, Sea Ranch is a serene beautiful environment and the home blends right into it. Inside feels like a true home with all the amenities, high quality finishes and attention to detail throughout. The views are even better you can see the ocean from almost every room in the house, the sunsets are incredible. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings we cooked dinner all 4 nights of our stay. The cedar hot tub was perfect and the stars at night were amazing. It’s just 5 minutes to the lodge if you want to grab a bite to eat for breakfast, or 10 minutes to Gualala if you need to grab something from the store. You can walk right from the house along the ocean and to smugglers. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here for the best Sea Ranch experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deja Blu. The location is perfection! Private, with beautiful gardens, only a hop, skip and a jump from the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves at night was divine. The home was clean and comfortable, and Barr was a lovely, helpful host. If you are looking to unwind in serenity, I highly recommend this home.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mendocino at Tracy's! The ocean view from the living room, kitchen, and the primary bedroom made for a wonderful experience. The house was really clean and comfortable. Great kitchen to cook together with our family. Would recommend staying if you're looking for a beautiful Airbnb along the coast to relax with your family. We didn't have much cell service along the coast / the 1 so recommend pre-loading your check-in instructions!

Casa Balena was a joy! Beautiful location (you can’t go wrong with Sea Ranch), good amenities (both at the house and the community), and so peaceful. The house was well stocked with everything you might need, including dishes/cookware in the kitchen. My family (a group of six, including a young child, two teenagers, two parents, and a grandparent) was very comfortable; lots of room, plenty of games on hand, etc. A great stay!

Donna’s house in Mendocino was an unforgettable stay. It was perfect for our family event. It has one of the best ocean views on the planet (truly felt like we were at the edge of the earth.) We especially loved watching the Point Cabrillo Lighthouse from the deck, which made the experience even more magical. The house was well-equipped, comfortable, and peaceful. We’d absolutely recommend it and hope to return!

We had a peaceful and relaxing three days in Tom’s cottage. Sitting in the hot tub while bird watching over the bay was a treat. The cottage, with its big picture windows, wood interior and cosy fireplace encouraged us to unwind. We had oyster and wine at the big dining table while playing records on Tom’s turntable. The beautiful and unique setting over the water was fantastic and we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. We hope to return again soon.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The location is perfect—just minutes from downtown Mendocino and with easy access to Fort Bragg. The house itself is completely private, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort. The bed was super comfortable, and we slept so well. The views are absolutely stunning—you can look out over the coastline and the ocean right from the living room or while soaking in the amazing hot tub. Watching the sunset from there was a highlight of our trip. Communication with the owner was outstanding—clear, responsive, and very welcoming. This place was the perfect setting for a special getaway, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

My Fiancé Jason and I loved staying at Matthew's Airbnb! The location was perfect! Upon our first evening of arrival, we were greeted by three deers grazing just outside the window. It was so special. The home is a quick walk to the bluffs and a few minutes to the local pool and sauna's. We truly felt a part of the community. It felt safe, quaint, and relaxing. The home itself was super easy to entire and there was a perfect parking space to unload and load our belongings. There was everything in the kitchen needed for making dinner and the waffle maker provided was my FAVORITE, it was such a lovely addition. We definitely had the chance to unwind and experience everything that Sea Ranch has to offer, and we look forward to coming back! Definitely recommend Matthew's space to anyone looking for an easy and comfortable space to stay during your travel up North!

We had 3 beautiful days at Mark’s place. We love Sea Ranch and go often, and it’s always amazing, but Mark’s place made the experience even more incredible. Huge kitchen with everything you need, a calm space, all the books… it was the best! We made beautiful memories with our family.

Anu’s house in the Sea Ranch was perfect for our group. So easy to walk to the bluff trail, well equipped kitchen and gorgeous views of the stars from the hot tub and decks at night. We also really enjoyed the ocean view from the master bedroom and sitting in the sun on the front deck.

We had such a peaceful and rejuvenating stay at this beautiful Sea Ranch home. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the cleanliness and thoughtful attention to detail throughout. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided—it truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the quiet surroundings and the sweet-smelling coastal air. The cozy daybeds tucked into the corner windows quickly became our favorite reading nooks, and the bidet was an unexpected luxury we genuinely appreciated. This home was the perfect place for my husband and me to unwind and reconnect. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Samantha's place was gorgeous, and exactly as described. It was a great escape to relax and get some thinking/planning done. We got super lucky with the weather and really enjoyed taking in the scenery.

We had the best time at Kelly’s Sea Ranch home. We always travel with our dogs and appreciate the dog bed and blanket Kelly left for them. Her home is a short walk to the beautiful cliff side trails at Sea Ranch and our dogs loved their adventures there. We will definitely be going back to Kelly’s house the next time we want to unplug and enjoy the quiet of Sea Ranch.

This was our second stay at Eugene and Shaheen’s home — a beautifully decorated space with a well-thought-out layout. Our kids loved both the indoor and outdoor areas. We’d definitely stay again!

Wonderful space for 5 friends, a dog and a baby! Gorgeous ocean view, right next to trails, and close to town. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking on nights in. Main bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the sofa bed easily accommodated a single person. Would definitely stay again!

This place is such a hidden gem! Incredibly private, quiet, peaceful, and has tons of amenities (hot tub, grill, rain shower, full kitchen including spices and endless appliances and cooking tools). We loved using the hot tub under the redwoods, it was super roomy for four people. The photos don’t really do the deck justice, you are totally surrounded by gorgeous trees and looking down onto a fern covered creek. Five minute walk to town where we got coffee every morning at the super cute coffee shop, also a great little store that has everything you need. Really great price for three bedrooms, would love to come back!! We’ve stayed at multiple airbnbs and resorts in the area and this is by far one of the best values.

Consistently the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at. Beautifully decorated, highly functional layout with all the kitchen tools and supplies we need. Saundra is generous and responsive. This house is a luxury.

Beautiful property and location. The views from the house were just as good, if not better, than the state park vista points. The house was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. We enjoyed all the little details put into in the backyard. You get an amazing view of the sunset every evening. In case this is helpful for anyone, there is a Tesla charger in the garage. We were told there wasn’t an EV charger so we planned accordingly. Would stay here again!

Jonathan's place is a dreamy cottage tucked away very close to the Van Damme state park with breathtaking views of the Van Damme beach. The house was very cozy and thoughtfully designed. The deck is a beautiful place to say hi to the birds and do your morning stretches. We actually saw the Milky Way from the front yard on a clear night! Jonathan was super responsive throughout the stay. We had a water emergency and Jonathan was able to dispatch help fast. True mark of an exceptional host is not only to make it a good place to stay but to act fast to resolve things in case of an issue. A peaceful, tidy, beautiful place to stay managed by a remarkable host.

This place looks like it's straight out of Dwell magazine: heated concrete floors, soaring ceilings, massive windows (you get the idea) situated in a picturesque hamlet of homes. It does feel like you are in their home, so if you're looking for a curated space that only houses guests, it might not be the right fit for you. The private drive down to the miles-long people-free driftwood scattered beach couldn't be more scenic.

We love that the home was secluded and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The home’s interior furnishings and the remodeled kitchen was tasteful. We especially liked the large windows to see nature (unfortunately we only saw one wood pecker and didn’t see any other cute critters or signs of big foot!). Although secluded close to amenities and restaurants. Plenty of towels, blankets and comfortable pillows. We are looking forward to going back. Norm and Karen

Beautiful space - clearly designed by an architect who loved curves. Enjoyed outside space with hot tub and wind protection also. Living room with window seat was very comfortable lounge and gathering space. Kitchen had everything we needed

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the “Yellow Iris” … we loved it so much the first time! It’s just the perfect home to get away to for relaxation. There are several beaches and great markets to get your food from. If you’re late getting to the house…don’t fear…Gabriella takes care of everything! From some pasta and sauce to cook, snacks.…all the coffee and teas to choose from as well. Even the bathrooms are stocked with everything! If there were clothes there…you wouldn’t even need to pack anything! Seriously….not only the amenities…this home feels good…can’t wait for our next visit! Definitely a favorite! Highly recommended!
