Perfect little studio in the heart of St Kilda- but on a nice quiet residential street so a good night sleep is guaranteed! There’s even a quaint little balcony where you can see the ocean and city. We were blessed with perfect weather for our Melbourne weekend and loved the convenience to be able to walk to everything in St Kilda or hop an easy tram to the city: definitely recommend !

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

The unit was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Convenient for shopping. Easy walk to the beach and train. Very peaceful locality. Great place for touring the Peninsula. Annie made you feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

Beautiful, clean space the owner even left us a bottle of wine. Felt right at home, definitely recommend if your two couples looking to get outta Melbourne for the weekend

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

wonderful place to stay, I can highly recommend and Inwoukd happily stay again or book for family and friends. Yanina is a wonderful host who communicate well and was clear and detailed with any instructions. the location was nice private and quiet neighbourhood. it was so lovely for the yard to have real grass and some beautiful indoor plants. the back yard feel very homely with a beautiful passion fruit that goes all along the bavk fence table chair BBQ hammock fantastic to do morning or afternoon yoga there where a lot of little things that had been thought about like the home being set up with kitchen items for Easter and western cooking, a mix of board games, cleaning and laundry items, extra blanks , pillows towels, there was a place for everything and everything in its place. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again. Thank you Yanina

Loved spending the weekend here. Beautiful home, very cozy, with everything you need, and such a quick walk to everything (although its almost better to stay inside by the fire). The hosts are super responsive, very helpful and flexible! Would definitely stay again if I’m in town.

Stayed here with my family 4 adults and 2 kids we thoroughly enjoyed it the house was clean and comfortable it had everything we needed. It’s in a great location 5 minute walk to shops cafes and beach. Markus our host greeted us on arrival he was friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

I highly recommend this place for its style, location, and the host's responsiveness. The living area is enormous, beautifully styled, and it feeds to a spacious balcony. Despite it sitting above a cafe it's very peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Very handy location in central city. Super convenient going anywhere. Clean room and toilet. Beautiful view from high floor. Free gym and pool is plus.

I loved staying at Amy’s She is an amazing host and her place had a wonderful energy and everything you could want or need I couldn’t recommend her more highly 🌹🙏🏻

Our family had wonderful stay and appreciated the beautiful location. The view was absolutely spectacular. It was also very convenient to walk around, with lovely restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Jim was very responsive and let us to check in early .Thank you Jim!
