Beautiful place! We had a fantastic stay with my family —everything was exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host was welcoming and very helpful.

This is amazing house,you can do everything in and out of this house nice and clean,looking beautiful. we cooked some Japanese dinner at the house there are everything what we needed. there are some nice cafes around there and beautiful beach as well. We had a great time even though it was raining outside when we stayed overnight Supposed to be raining next day as well but the sun came out at the morning and we enjoyed Sorrento after stayed this house.

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

Peaceful escape with nothing to do but enjoy the view and relax. Accomodation is comfortable and has all you need in terms of amenities. James is a great host and it’s great to have a dog friendly place with a great and secure yard.

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. What a great stay. The accommodation was perfect. Eight of us girls stayed over a weekend to celebrate my birthday and there was loads of room for everyone. It’s just like the photos, even better. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because it was too cold, but was still nice to look at. The house is surrounded by loads of running/walking tracks, cafes and things to do. It was such a great stay. My only negative comment is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Greg and Maree’s place was exactly what me and my friends were looking for. A good price being right by the beach and with a pool. Greg and Maree were so helpful and responsive and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

The Space - The studio was just as pictured and described, with a queen bed and daybed for sleeping. The bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette ensured that the studio provides all that is required. Beautifully presented and clean. It is within a short distance to acland Street arcade, where you will find plenty of shops close by, as well as public transport links. The Host - Wonderful! Banu is an exceptional host, brilliantly attentive without being intrusive. Banu always had local information to share and handy hints throughout our stay. We instantly felt at home here and wish we could have stayed longer. The disappointment would be too great if we were not to return, to this fabulous airbnb, host and amazing part of the world.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Book this space! I have stayed in close to 40 Airbnb’s and this was by far the cleanest place and the attention to detail was immaculate. The kitchen was so well stocked with anything you could need and the quality of the utensils and crockery was top notch. We had a charcuterie board and there was even a board and cheese knives! The view was amazing & the access to the beach was so nice. It was so cozy at night with the heater and we appreciated the nice bathroom amenities & shower pressure. 1000/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have an amazing stay in phillip island.

Tricia was an exceptional host, nothing was a bother catering to us with easy communication and a delightful little basket of treats on arrival. The home is stunning! The views of the bay along with the beautiful interior styled with every detail thought of, It felt like home straight away. We were comfortable in this home, with lots of space. We would recommend this property to anyone and would happily stay again.

Our family stayed for just over a month and enjoyed the house! We appreciated the four bedrooms with individual AC/heat and comfy beds and bedding. The view of the ocean was amazing from the two bedrooms on that side of the house. The back green space connects directly to a wonderful beach for walking. The air hockey table was fun, and kiddo really appreciated the large number of books to read! Our kiddo went to Edithvale Primary School while we stayed at the house, and they really enjoyed it. Restaurants and train station are an easy ~10-15 min walk. Highly recommend!

The ground floor apartment was lovely, the beech was through the back gate, and walked straight onto it..Gaye was extremely helpful, jumped on the train which was only a 5 mins walk to station, into the centre of Melbourne, so simple..every 10 mins...highly recommended, will use again when we come back..

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

This place is beautiful beyond words. Our host was so accommodating. The place was spotless. Loved loved our time here. Well worth checking out.
