Cottage holiday rentals in Seaford

Louise's place was perfect. Louise was so easy to communicate with, super responsive, kind, thoughtful and truly appreciated that she had the option of flexible dates (instead of so many sat to sat or sun to sun requirements in summer). The cottage was cozy, cute, spotless & well stocked. My teenage kids loved the hot tub (as it was a bit chilly in the evenings) and I loved the outdoor shower. We loved having the bikes to take rides around the Island and loved the location. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay there longer! We will definitely try to stay at Old Snuggler again!

Ivana and John are the most wonderful hosts! This was truly like staying at a family cottage and everything was just beautiful. John greeted us upon arrival and even had a bottle of wine for my husbands birthday! We loved staying here from the city because it was only a little over a hour to arrive and less than a hour to South Hampton where we had dinner. Also the little town is so so cute and we were able to walk over so quickly! We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Ivana and John!

Tabitha's place was perfect for our group stay. Right in the middle of town and perfect for what we needed for the week!

First time staying in cottage #4 but not my first time staying in one of the cottages. Cozier than 2&3 but perfect for 2 people. Fenced in yard, clean, comfortable, peaceful and not far from port Jeff! I’ll always look for availability in these 3 cottages when I come back to Port Jefferson!

This was our second time staying at one of Rob’s places, and I can already say there will definitely be a third! My wife, our dog, and I felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was seamless, and the check-out was just as smooth, making the entire stay hassle-free. The space is comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly suited for travelers with pets. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting this area-you won’t be disappointed!

Lovely, cozy cottage in a safe town with a beautiful view! The bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean. We appreciated the little sweet touches that were left for myself, my husband and our pup. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Patchogue and would absolutely stay here again whenever we come back to visit!

Staying at Fabiola's was a dream. This place is very homey and welcoming. We had a lovely stay for Christmas with family, walking to the beach in the morning and cozying up around the fire in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and our dog loved the fenced in yard. Would love to stay again.

Great place to spend family time with walks/ biking along the bay and ocean. Brian was easy to contact, and made our stay comfortable. The Mule Barn Restaurant is in walking distance.

Loved staying in this gem of a home! If you’re looking for something different down the shore this is the place for you! Check out the Mule Barn restaurant just a few doors down, enjoy the plentiful wildlife and of course the beautiful Jersey beaches! Brian’s house was well stocked and comfortable for our family with two young boys and our dog.

Beautiful cottage in Bayville. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Clayton’s house is within walking distance to beach, playground, and coffee shop. Clayton’s neighbors were very friendly and would greet us every morning. We felt very welcomed and plan to visit again!

Chrystal was super responsive to all our questions and needs, and gave us a warm welcome when we checked in on our first day. The lovely cottage was fully furnished and had everything our small family needed. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and perfect for walks. Getting to downtown NYC across the G.W. Bridge only took about 20-30 minutes, very convenient. We made wonderful memories during our 9-day stay!

A very cute cottage right on the bay! beautiful and private front front with a hammock and a kayak if you choose to explore the waters! The place had everything we needed and anything we had forgotten at home!

Clean and just what we needed to visit family in the area, with enough separate rooms for the kids to have their space.

Great location, new and comfortable facilities, privacy and quiet. I was very well received and there would be no better place for me to spend the week. I would come back again without a doubt.
