Monthly Rentals in Seaham

A lovely little flat, full of character. The clear instructions and photos made it easy to get in. We felt right at home and slept very well in the very comfortable bed. Thank you for having us Deb.

My partner and I had a great time staying at Debra’s place in Seaham! Exactly as described in the listing, the apartment was spotless and well presented, left us wanting for nothing. Debra was a great host, suggesting different local restaurants and points of interest. Ashoka Indian and The Lamp Room are both well worth a visit on the sea front. This is my second visit to Elizabeth's home. A stunning home which I'm sure doubles as a TARDIS. The exterior seems like your usual terraced home, until you enter and the home just keeps going. The two bathrooms are huge and spacious. The bedrooms all double sized with extremely comfortable beds. Seriously we can not fault this home. ideally located for the shops, the main street, Tommy statue and the abundance of beaches. Thank you again for a wonderful, comfortable stay. We will be back.

We have just returned from our visit. A real home from home. Beautiful property with everything you need which makes travelling with children a lot easier and enjoyable. The attention to detail in this property is fantastic. The welcome basket , milk and water in the fridge was a very thankful surprise for when we checked in after a long drive. Everything you would need and more is available. Decor is beautiful. Linen excellent quality. Absolutely spotless throughout , everything was perfect. My only regret is that we were only here for 2 days as I would have loved to stay for longer! Absolutely 100% recommend. And we would love to visit again. Thank you Steph. Excellent host.
