Wonderful location, great host, ocean view, close to shopping and good food! Love, love this home.

Our recent business trip stay was truly exceptional. The property was beautifully appointed, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything we needed was thoughtfully stocked, and Mei was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location was ideal—just a 0.5 of miles from the ocean . What set this stay apart from other Airbnbs was the refreshingly personal touch. Unlike the increasingly corporate feel of many listings, this experience offered genuine hospitality and plenty of privacy. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Absolutely perfect in every way—we loved it!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

Nothing can beat these views! Beautiful sunrises from the balcony. A family of swans came by each day and tons of crabs caught! Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to take out the kayaks but there was a nice park a short walk away on the waterfront. Jessica was very responsive and made the process seamless! 🌟🌟

This Airbnb was the perfect getaway for our extended family! The private backyard and its proximity to the boardwalk made our stay even more special. Nina was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. She went above and beyond, even mailing back a small backpack my daughter left behind. She also made my husband’s birthday extra memorable with a personalized sign in both the living room and backyard. The house itself is a true gem—charming, beautifully decorated, and filled with nostalgic photos of Seaside from years past. Every detail made us feel right at home. We loved the décor across both floors and truly had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Audrey was a fantastic host—friendly and responsive. You can tell she truly cares about her guests’ experience. The location was perfect: close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything else we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. Very clean and close to the beach!

Carol's place was fantastic and just a block from the beach. The kids loved the place and the heated pool was such a great benefit. The place was exactly as described and the perfect amount of space for our group. We had great memories at the house and will surely book again when back in New Jersey.

We had 4 couples along with a single guest in this beautiful house and had more than enough space. The pools were clean and big enough to cool us down. The shared courtyard had several clean gas grills, tons of seating and fun outdoor games. Clean bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms along with 2 spacious decks made Bahama Breeze a house we all hope to visit every year! It is an easy walk to the beach & boardwalk with a lot of places nearby to grab a meal and/or drinks. Having an Acme within a 5 minute drive, cooking at the house was also a great option.

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

Alejandro’s place was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The house was roomy and comfortable and the yard was key with pool, fire pit and mini golf. We would stay again!

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! Had an awesome stay! The place was super clean and right on the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for more! Paul was very responsive when we had any questions, and we loved all the little touches in the apartment that gave it that coastal luxury vibe. We will definitely be back!

We stopped in seaside for a night and this was the perfect place for us. It was clean, quiet, and in walking distance to the boardwalk. It had everything we needed and we appreciate everything included to spend a day at the beach! Would definitely stay again if we go back to seaside!

I can’t say enough about Diana and her place. It was absolutely perfect for my 4 kids, husband and I. Diana was very responsive to all of my questions. Walkable to the beach and a playground. I felt right at home.

Quick great stay. The place was clean. Beach passes provided free of charge which was a great amenity! The location of this place was perfect! It was in walking distance of all the bars, restaurants, boardwalk and beach. The bed was comfy. There was a Roku tv. A few things to note: two of us stayed here and we were only provided 2 bath towels. There wasn’t any hand towels, rags, no towel to put on the floor or a bath mat to step on so we had to step on paper towels so we didn’t soak the floor. There was a few rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. I read other reviews that basic necessities are lacking and I do feel this is still an issue. Lastly, the first day we booked the airbnb we asked about early check in but the host never responded. We asked again the morning of as I know this depends on cleaning/check outs but the host could not state why they couldn’t accommodate. Overall, we made it work and would stay again, just bring some of our own stuff from home!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

My friends and I stayed over had an amazing time. Everything is super close had no issues with finding food plus a CVS was right there. I won’t say its super peaceful but I’m sure it is when it isn’t memorial day Weekend. Overall the place had everything you would want. Jimmy made sure to come and hand us beach passes personally. Responded to our calls quick. The price was worth it in my opinion. Had amazing memories.

Kevin and Yi were very responsive and helpful. For having two small children the location was very convenient and easy to walk to. The parking was little difficult to manage with a large SUV but we made due. We appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse off after being covered in sand! Overall great place 😊

I was so comfortable in Donna's house.. Her bed's you could sleep all night?. Neighborhood extremely quiet. But nice and clean. I would so love to stay here again when I come up to New Jersey. Donna thank you for all you do.

Your amenities went above and beyond our expectation. Your quick response about activities nearby were on point. We enjoyed a day in Lavallette and a night of dinner, dancing and cocktails at Bum Roger’s. Both very close to your house. The beds are so comfortable.
