Wonderful location, great host, ocean view, close to shopping and good food! Love, love this home.

Our recent business trip stay was truly exceptional. The property was beautifully appointed, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything we needed was thoughtfully stocked, and Mei was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location was ideal—just a 0.5 of miles from the ocean . What set this stay apart from other Airbnbs was the refreshingly personal touch. Unlike the increasingly corporate feel of many listings, this experience offered genuine hospitality and plenty of privacy. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Absolutely perfect in every way—we loved it!

A Phenomenal 2 week stay at this lovely home in Seaside Heights that’s conveniently located very close to the beach, lots of great eateries, & a supermarket. We had lots of room for us & our 2 small dogs who loved the spacious yard. Everything was just as described & we felt right at home the first day. Beautifully decorated, very clean, convenient driveway. We loved lounging on the front porch, relaxing with our pups in the yard & watching movies in the comfy living room. Lots of closet space, full-length mirror in cozy bedroom & roomy shower. Kitchen stocked with all necessities. Toms River & Lavallette both minutes away with lots of fun restaurant choices & activities. We also visited great restaurants within walking distance on the Boulevard & went biking around the dog friendly neighborhood. Great beach, boardwalk lit-up at night, cute park around the corner, easy keypad entry. We found a dog-friendly beach inside the state park!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

This was our second stay here and we had a lovely time. The space is spotless and all the amenities are as described. We love the outdoor space and the proximity to the boardwalk/beach. It's close enough that it's a quick walk but not so close that it's noisy. Island Beach State Park is a quick drive away. We will stay again in the future!

Nothing can beat these views! Beautiful sunrises from the balcony. A family of swans came by each day and tons of crabs caught! Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to take out the kayaks but there was a nice park a short walk away on the waterfront. Jessica was very responsive and made the process seamless! 🌟🌟

The Bungalow was perfect for our stay in Point Pleasant. We LOVED the location. Very close proximity to great seafood restaurants, fun bars and a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Kitty, the host, was great! She was super responsive to all our questions and very helpful with our booking. She made the overall experience super easy.

Home is in fantastic shape. Has everything you need for cooking to making sure you have beach chairs for the beach. Everything is walking distance. Home is spotless and provides plenty of towels and toiletries. Plan to rent next Memorial Day. Owner responds immediately and goes out of his way to make you feel at home.

The apartment was clean & just as show in the photos & the service was incredible. Any need was taken care of and they bought us a few pizza pies while swimming in the relaxing pool. Not to mention, checking in and out was effortless and quick. Highly recommend.

A group of friends and I stayed in one of Kishore’s units in Seaside Heights to celebrate my 26th birthday with some good old fashion boardwalk fun. This location was conveniently located for just that! It was exactly as pictured on Airbnb and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the pool and sun room. Kishore and his son Anish were very pleasant in all of our correspondence and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay at another one of their units!

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

Had an awesome stay at Johns back house. Love the deck and spent a lot of time out there. Grill was awesome and the kitchen is well stocked. Half a block to the beach and so thankful to have beach badges. We had a great week and look forward to returning next summer.

What a pleasure to have found this place! I travel to the area for business and the last few places I stayed were mediocre at best. Dave is a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive, and the condo is exactly as described and pictured! I will definitely book this for my future visits. This Airbnb was the perfect getaway for our extended family! The private backyard and its proximity to the boardwalk made our stay even more special. Nina was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. She went above and beyond, even mailing back a small backpack my daughter left behind. She also made my husband’s birthday extra memorable with a personalized sign in both the living room and backyard. The house itself is a true gem—charming, beautifully decorated, and filled with nostalgic photos of Seaside from years past. Every detail made us feel right at home. We loved the décor across both floors and truly had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Carmen was an excellent host. She was super accommodating and flexible with my family. I have a brother with special needs which I hadn’t previously mentioned to her before the booking but she was still very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend staying in her Airbnb, especially in a time where hosts can be incredibly strict and unforgiving, Carmen is down-to-earth, thoughtful and goes above and beyond for her guest. We will definitely be staying here again in future if the apartment is available to us.
