A lovely lodge in a small holiday park, the pool was an added bonus (outside and unheated but nice for a quick dip!)

We had a phenomenal time! The whole house was spotless and the kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked all meals at home and had lovely dinners outside. The garden is absolutely stunning and a dip in the pond was a great thing to do every morning. Thank you so much Ian, we hope to come back again!

We stayed here for a family holiday, 4 adults and 6 children aged 11-15 and we all had a lovely time. There is lots to do at Mistletoe Farm; the pool and hot tub were great, the games room/ garden kitchen area was perfect for us to all get together to eat, play darts or do karaoke and the escape room was a big hit with the kids. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. It’s set in beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed walks to the local pub for dinner and also to the reservoir. Lyme Regis was close enough for a day out too. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped and the teenagers enjoyed having a glamping pod to themselves for a bit of independence. Paul and Sandra were excellent hosts, super friendly, welcoming and helpful, they leave you to enjoy your holiday but somehow always manage to be there when you need them! Highly recommend.

My friends and I stayed at Louise’s place for a long weekend, and it was a wonderful time. The house fit 11 adults no problem. Lovely and quiet, the pool was so much fun, and we made good use of the fire pit to have s’mores. Harry gave us a tour of the dairy farm & beehives, & let us see the calves which was lovely. Louise was a fab host, very good communicator and always at hand if needed. Great stay overall!

Beautiful setting, remote and good amenities. All details are clearly listed ahead of time which helps to know what is available and what should be brought along for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse and Sophia was a very kind and responsive host (eg we asked if they had a blue tooth speaker we could borrow and it was brought straight round - Thankyou!). We enjoyed the large sociable kitchen space with the comforting Aga to come home to. The garden space was very peaceful and we had great fun in the games room playing table tennis, table football and pool on our first night. We also made use of the swimming pool and playing boules in the garden. The house is large and comfortable for groups and families and has a Manor House feel to it which we loved. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely fabulous! Immaculate, home from home! Can’t recommend highly enough. Everything you need. Lovely thoughtful biscuits and milk left for us and salt pepper etc just in case. Perfect!

The location is beautiful, with Branscombe Beach just a short drive away and Colyton village full of charm and kind people. We had a wonderful stay at the farm, the house was perfect for our needs (three adults and four kids) and the woodland around the farm were beyond our expectations. The kids spent hours in the forest dens and loved seeing the horses. Perfect location to the seaside towns & close to all amenities. I'd highly recommend this farm, especially if you're wanting an eco friendly holiday. We will be returning! Thank you!

Only thing to say is that at no point did we know the name of the cottage and as there is no photo of the outside , we were slightly unsure which house it was !

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth’s cottage – truly an oasis to relax and soak in Devon’s beautiful nature. The space is neat, clean, and spacious, yet still incredibly cosy and inviting. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed – especially with the delicious homemade flapjacks and thoughtful selection of local products waiting for us. Everything is so well thought through – from the comfortable bed that guarantees a great night's sleep to the well-equipped kitchen. We loved spending slow mornings enjoying coffee on the balcony, listening to the birds, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Elizabeth is a fantastic host – friendly, attentive, and full of great local tips. It’s clear how much love and care she puts into the cottage, which really feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect – peaceful and remote enough to fully unwind. We’re already dreaming about coming back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a restful, charming stay in Devon!

Our second visit to this charming Beer cottage was just as delightful as our first. We thoroughly enjoyed being in the heart of the village. The cottage is spacious and family-friendly, with an excellent location close to all the local amenities, restaurants, and the beach.

Good directions to the site and location of the caravan. Easy self check in via a key lock. The accommodation is very clean, cosy and comfortable with lovely views over Beer. The host is very friendly and happy to help with any questions or information.

We had a really lovely weekend staying at the cottage thank you. It was just the right size for the 3 of us, and had everything we needed for the weekend. The location was really good to walk to town and the seafront, and parking very handy in the carpark behind the property. We didn't feel too comfortable pulling up outside though with the police station nearby, so we carried our stuff from the carpark to the cottage which wasn't a problem.

Really beautiful home and holiday venue. Great amenities. Lots of bathrooms and a ground floor room with bathroom for less mobile family members. Really sociable home

We had a fantastic time here as a group of five. Claire had thought of everything, she was a kind and friendly host. We appreciated all the lovely touches from Claire as host. The studio exceeded expectations and looks even better in person than in the photos. We would 100% recommend this! Thank you.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Sunny Side and only have positives to say. The property is very modern and comfortable and has been done to a high standard. The location was perfect and only a short stroll into Beer. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of space. If you book here you won't be disappointed, we have stayed at lots of different AirBnB's in Beer and this was our favourite

We adored the house and couldn’t have asked for a better place for us a long weekend. The view is incredible and Annie and Josh were very responsive, ensuring we were always comfortable

Beautiful, traditional yet updated cottage with plenty of walking routes, quaint little spaces to explore, enjoy and relax. Shrimp cottage was a stunning little place for me and my partner to share and enjoy our first days of married life. the area is home from home to me and a firm chosen location to spend time relaxing whilst enjoying the picturesque surroundings. Shrimp cottage was welcoming, comfortable and a beautiful little place for a quiet period away from the norm. If you're up for walking there's some great paths and routes to take but be mindful if you're not ok with the stairs, beautifully maintained but definitely some awkward stairs where traditional characters sit. Not ideal for those who can't do well with more than a stair or two but perfect for us! We will be keeping this in mind for our next adventures on this part of the coastline.

We had the most fabulous weekend at sunny side farm house. The property was more spacious than we imagined and was perfect for our two young boys, plenty of space for them to run around in, inside and out. We all enjoyed visting the cows every day and meeting calves just hours old, the farmers were very kind to take the time out to answer the many questions we all had. The house is well equipped, clean, cosy and homely, and has some great little touches, including a lovely little welcome pack. We will sure be back to stay Thank you x

The cottage was beautiful as were the gardens and the view. We loved walking the dog in the woodlands nearby and got to meet the alpacas too. Kate was so lovely and helpful and the welcome pack was full of delicious treats. The cottage had everything we could need and more. Anything we didn’t have (protection for the table for the kids to paint!) Kate brought round straight away.

Magnificent location. Excellent fittings and furnishings—a very well appointed property indeed. A remote, comfortable base in any weather (good insulation—we never required any heating. The very long approach road/track (approx. ¾ mile) is in very poor repair though; it didn't detract much from our experience but was a bit frustrating and careful driving is required. One couple found the twin single mattresses a bit uncomfortable for adults (probably OK for children) and after two nights they transferred to the downstairs double bedroom. But neither of these two criticisms is sufficient to knock a star off. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and Ben is a very helpful and communicative host. The "manual" he provides for the property is one of the most comprehensive and informative I have come across. Thank you Ben for a most enjoyable holiday.

From first contact to leaving Bob (& Helen) were responsive and helpful. We were moving from one Airbnb to another and had all our fridge food with us and Bob was kind enough to let us check in early so that we could store our food. The house was lovely and cosy and had everything we needed. It was beautifully supplied with treats as well - from scones, jam and clotted cream, to a bag of chippies and even to essentials like bread, milk, butter and a half dozen eggs! We could arrive and just settle in straight away. It was so thoughtful and helpful. We had a slight glitch with the tv not working when we arrived and Bob was straight around to help us get it fixed. He was so friendly and welcoming and full of excellent tips about the local area. There are also a few folders for referencing purposes about great walks and attractions around the area. The two local pubs - within a one minute walk each were fabulously handy also. A wonderful stay - would highly recommend.
