The property comprises 3 bedrooms, a generous living room along with a fully equipped kitchenette. 2 bathrooms of which one with a sauna suitable for 2 people, 2 terraces upstairs and in the courtyard a spacious terrace for barbecue and spending quality time. The location is situated in a quiet area, at the foot of the Codru Moma Mountains in Soimi Commune, Codru Village, Bihor County, 60 km from Oradea, 30 km from Beius and 45 km from Stana de Vale. The property is welcoming and chic, with new furniture, consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining area. It also has a barbecue area. At 3 km you can visit Greencodru ZooParc, where those who wish can see and pet deer, roe deer, llamas and various birds.
