The appartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful house on a green property. If you also like animals, you will be pleased to hear that the property also hosts the APAM Sanctuary, which aims to help abandoned animals to mend their scars. We do not host hunters.

We offer for rent and for a pleasant stay a property located on Valea Domnească, Ghioroc locality in the Arad vineyard. The property comprises 3 bedrooms, a generous living room along with a fully equipped kitchenette. 2 bathrooms of which one with a sauna suitable for 2 people, 2 terraces upstairs and in the courtyard a spacious terrace for barbecue and spending quality time. Free ping-pong table and football table on request. A vintage car ride can be offered for a fee!

The location is situated in a quiet area, at the foot of the Codru Moma Mountains in Soimi Commune, Codru Village, Bihor County, 60 km from Oradea, 30 km from Beius and 45 km from Stana de Vale. The property is welcoming and chic, with new furniture, consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining area. It also has a barbecue area. At 3 km you can visit Greencodru ZooParc, where those who wish can see and pet deer, roe deer, llamas and various birds.

The house comprises on the ground floor a spacious living room, a bedroom with its own bathroom, an equipped kitchen, toilet, an outdoor terrace with barbecue and dining space, a hot tub with heated water and hydromassage (the hot tub is available for 300 lei/ a day or 400 lei for several days) Upstairs there are 3 rooms with double beds and private each, in 2 of the bedrooms there are extra single beds and a mattress on the floor of one of the rooms.
