Family-friendly holiday rentals in Seccheto

Beautiful place, loved the pool with lots of Sun loungers. Table tennis table, pool and swing helped to keep the kids entertained. The place was spotlessly clean and attention paid to details. Nice and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of cats! There is a smell of cat poo by the loungers in the grass, but if you stay at the loungers by the pool you can avoid it. There isn’t a lounge and the kitchen is a small area - but it was fine for cooking basic things and was very well equipped. The private veranda was lovely, however we were there in august and it was quite hot until later in the evening. If you don’t mind heat you will be fine. Superb place and I recommend!

This was beyond my expectations. Looked better than the photos. Felt like at peace when I arrived at this place. The green surroundings were just too beautiful. Master bedroom has an amazing view of the olive trees outside. You also get a slight view of the sea. Worth visiting this place and way worth the money.

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Beautiful large house with plenty of space for up to 8 people and large property. There is nothing negative to report about the furnishings and cleanliness. The landlady is very active and has taken care of minor problems quickly and reliably. The location is great if you are looking for a good compromise between a quiet location but still not far from the action. The beach is reachable in 5 minutes and a few smaller shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. However, if you want to experience a little more in San Vincenzo, you are dependent on the car. Small downside: The beach section is not necessarily one of the most beautiful on the Mediterranean. The entry into the water is sometimes a bit rocky and unpleasant. In addition, the dog beach is in the immediate vicinity, i.e. you will meet many guests with dogs; you have to like it. But overall it was a nice and relaxing stay.

Rachele and her husband were very helpful and accommodating. Rachele has equipped us whenever necessary with local restaurant recommendations, beach tips and children's toys. The place is ideal to bridge the midday heat in the shade under the tree.

Wonderful place with amazing view and beautiful surrounding. It’s situated on walking distance from the sea, all kind of restaurants. We loved the place next door; a nice chill hippie bar/restaurant where you could hang out all day in a garden under the olive trees.

A pleasant and comfortable stay, available and non-intrusive staff. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery and very relaxing. Recommended!!!

We felt very comfortable: super beautiful apartment with very nice overgrown patio and fence outside. Our dog was welcome; in the evening and at night there were plenty of fireflies and nightingales. Uncomplicated, always available and very nice landlady Cornelia. The town of Capoliveri is within walking distance, and we always had the best weather on the entire island. There are great hiking opportunities that can be started from the cottage. (East coast), Beautiful small beaches are within walking distance and the last meters of the access road to the accommodation were easily doable with our Allroad Audi. We will definitely come back

I'm not sure I spoke to Jade about the reservation and to have some information, but anyone who wrote to me was always very friendly and helpful. During check-in and my stay, I interacted with my parents, especially Mrs. Gigliola. She always responded in a short time and was always extremely helpful. The apartment is as described. Convenient private parking 10 meters from the front door. Beautiful outdoor space with a coffee table, chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the area, sunset sipping an aperitif or just resting. On the same, they also provided 2 wires to ventilate the clothes placed or, possibly for the laundry, which I washed by hand. In view of the season not yet very hot, they have provided an electric heater. Without taking the car you can start on GTE trekking. Nearest Minimarket is 5 min by car (not cheap), otherwise 30' there is the supermarket.

Great place to stay for a night!

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Pretty stone house, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The environment is peaceful with great views. Shops, restaurants, beaches are a 15mn drive away. We had a pleasant stay. We recommend it.

The week spent at Claudio's accommodation was very nice, great location. Peace, tranquility and ease to get to the sea, comfort of the cottage and excellent communication with the hosts, these are the ingredients that made our vacation wonderful.

We had a great time in Punta Ala, especially the terrace and garden were wonderful. We will be happy to come back!

Il Casale di Giovanni is truly an oasis of peace and tranquility where you can recharge your batteries after a year of work. Just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful free or equipped beaches and numerous characteristic villages and hamlets that are worth a visit. The house is just like the description if not better, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. Giovanni is a punctual, precise and discreet host. In one word: super recommended!!

Amazing stay , views were stunning and the staff very kind and helpful. The restaurant was also fantastic and the people there were very welcoming .

A spontaneous 4-day getaway...4 magnificent days to break away from the routine...and here you can really break away! We arrived in this paradise, me, my partner and our furry bullet, who treated us like a princess... the welcome was amazing... Valentino and his mom are exquisite people, very kind and helpful, they make you feel at home... he is an ambitious and well-educated young man, ready to give advice on places, the various restaurants, the various activities, he gave us a tour of the farm that he himself meticulously takes care of, letting us taste products from his garden and strawberries...which...well, we had forgotten the real taste of strawberries...a truly breathtaking swimming pool just a stone's throw from our apartment, surrounded by vineyards and surrounded by the chirping of birds...if you are looking for a place to unwind...clean, tidy and completely relaxing, this is the place for you...we will definitely be back and we thank you for the wonderful days we spent here!🧡

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Very quiet house, very spacious and comfortable. Pool very clean and we were always there alone. Two beaches are within easy reach with a half-hour walk, the others are very short distance. Capoliveri is within 20 min walking distance. Overall, a very relaxed and restful stay. Thanks to Lauro
