Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

Lovely Studio Loft with Pool

Our spacious brick house is located on the Guntersville side of Arab, AL. We are on 7 beautifully wooded acres of almost private surroundings. Relax in your adorable loft studio apartment. This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.

Welcome to our "Happy Place," a charming separate guest house nestled on a bluff with awe-inspiring mountain and river views. One of the highlights of our property is the hot tub, located at the main house facing the breathtaking bluff view. We also have inviting hammocks in the trees, a fire pit, & picnic table, perfect for soaking in the serenity of the peaceful surroundings.

The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony.
