Less than 5 mins from anything you need! (Walmart, many restaurants and fast food, gas, pet store, and more) CLEAN 6 person Hot Tub. Nice massage chair. 3 TV's w/ROKU. Washer/Dryer. Located 3 miles from downtown, 6 miles from old downtown, and 7 miles from the Colorado Springs airport (COS). This space has been approved for Colorado Springs Short Term Rental per Ordinance 7.5.1706 ‘Rules and Regulations’, Permit number A-STRP-24-0997. All Colorado Springs Airbnbs must have this permit and it is recommended to only rent from listings that have one.

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.

This lovely 4 bed/2 bath home just south of Colorado Springs sleeps 10, plus infant with a pack and play! Great for families! With 2 bedrooms up and 2 bedrooms down, 2 living areas, a fully fenced privacy yard, BBQ grill, and patio area. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and just minutes to the infamous Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Enjoy the large fully fenced backyard, great for travelers with Pets (additional fee) and children! Nice Layout!

I had an amazing stay at Jessika’s! From the bedroom, to the bathroom, everything was spotless. The description that she gave on the app matched everything in person to the T. The other amenity that was included was great and I felt right at home. She was quick to answer my messages and there was clear communication between the 2 of us. The rest of the house was spotless and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. I enjoyed my stay at Jessika’s.

Would stay here again! Stairs have a chair lift to make it accessible to get to your room which was very much appreciated as a disabled person. Only issue was having trouble receiving the code for the doors, but we did get them eventually. We were able to sit on the porch as we waited which was very nice. Very affordable as well!
