Monthly Rentals in Sedgefield

We had a very relaxing few days staying at Mitchell’s Flat over the June long weekend. We had some questions about the sleeping arrangements ahead of time and Bridget was very responsive. The house was extremely easy to find using the instructions provided and was the perfect setting to relax and unwind with the family. The house is clean and well maintained with an abundance of amenities to make you feel at home. We will definitely be back in the warmer months to enjoy to pool and spa!

Everything was clean and well equipped. Location was great with access to lots of local parks and a short driver to all amenities. The unit was private, quiet and comfortable.

We were lucky enough to spend 4 weeks at Pammy’s place while waiting for our house to be ready. Firstly, the place was exactly as described and was actually better in person than it looks in the photos. Chris and David have thought of everything and the furnishings are of much higher standard than your typical Airbnb (think Country Road and Sheridan). 2 very comfortable beds, spotless bathroom (shower with great water pressure!) everything (and more) that you would like and need in a kitchen and added extras like some welcome cheese and chocolates which were greatly appreciated. Also some pantry basics like oil, salt, pepper etc (plus more!) While we stayed for a longer period, Pammy’s place would be absolutely perfect for a short stay in The Valley or for an event - fully private, very comfortable and very modern and new with the added extra of more space and amenities than a standard hotel. Cannot recommend enough and would happily stay again.
