The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

In ca. 1,6-2 km Entfernung sind alle relevanten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In ca. 3 Km. Entfernung ist die Bahnhaltestelle. Hier ist ein KFZ sinnvoll !
