We are frequent travellers , have stayed at many cottages in mukteshwar and it’s surrounding regions…but this place ..Casa saara ,of Capt Nitin Anand ji is something else ..this is a beautiful cottage built by captain with perfect location in sitla ,lush green surroundings with 3 side entrance ..lots of trees,lots of sitting places ,full of natural beauty and fresh air everywhere …tasty home food served by cook deepak …beside this captain and Co host surendra are so friendly and responsive that you will love to stay at this place and would carry beautiful memories with you ..if you are a pizza and coffee lover ,than do visit cafe Awara in near by Sitla market,managed by surendra and his wife…would love to visit again and again …thanks a lot nitin ji for your super hospitality.

Great location. Akshay & his team very cooperative & Friendly. Food served was tasty. Behaviour of persons working there was very nice. Surrounding areas covered with fruit trees. Enjoyed stay there. I recommend the same.

I stayed at Sukoon3 for 4 nights. The cottage is located in a dense, minimally disturbed wooded slope. It is charming, rustic, minimalistic, secluded and thoughtfully appointed to take care of basic requirements. The power loves to play hide and seek, and no backup is available. Cellular network and wifi ( 15 mbps) are decent. Sukoon indeed, as there is absolutely no construction noise, and vehicular noises are minimal and distant. The time moves st 0.25x speed here. One can while away the time feasting on wild berries and watching a great variety of birds. The cacophonic orchestra of Laughing Thrushes is my favourite. The access to this place can be challenging to those with problems in hiking, and can be tricky for others when it rains. Navigation can be a problem too, as the path keeps forking with no signages directing towards Sukoon. Pls check with Dr Sushil, a very responsive host, about its suitability to you I strongly suggest you follow every instruction given by host.

The property was really nice. The caretaker cum cook Narain was really helpful. The property is really peaceful and well maintained.. Price is slightly higher in my opinion. Food was also good. Narain cooks well. The only challenge is vegetables. As there’s no market nearby, you might have to get your vegetables yourself. Other ration items are available at a nearby store. Only veggies and fruits, if you may need have to be taken care by yourself. Overall, a good experience if you want to chill, relax only at the property.. Location is slightly off the main Mukteshwar town.. Also, during June-July it’s pretty hot during the day time.. evenings and night are pleasant. Best time to visit would probably be around November-February.
