Trogir is a well-known town for its rich city life and cultural heritage.The location of the villas is truly ideal,as the villa is situated very close to Trogir but still away enough from the hustle of a busy city so you can enjoy the peace and truly relax. Villa is situated around 300m from the sea and features a modern contemporary design and was decorated with love and attention to detail.

Welcome to Rusulica, a unique villa comprised of 2 stone houses and rented as one property. It is located in village of Vrsine in the immediate vicinity of the towns Marina and Trogir, in Split-Dalmatian County. We transformed an old traditional family estate into a tranquil oase. Both units are bohemian in style yet homey at the same time, with unique romantic interior and exceptional outdoor area. The atmosphere is defined by its modern and spacious interior and plenty of natural light.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

House Terra is located in the small and quite place called Najevi near UNESCO cities Trogir, Split and Šibenik. If you are someone who likes to relax in nature and explore various beauties, then House Terra is perfect for you. It is surrounded by olive trees, it fills you with a feeling of peace and quiet. Local beaches are located 3.5 km from the house, and also National parks. The house is 20 km from the airport. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Bars, restaurants, shopping and the beach are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot.
