Holiday rentals with a patio in Seget Vranjica

The apartment was very modern, clean and well equipped, the pool was a great size with plenty of sun beds. Great restaurants and bars were all just a short walk away.

Amazing stay from start to finish, couldn't have been any easier in terms of check in / check out and location was perfect walking distance to everything. Lovely host gave lots of local recommendations. The accommodation was exactly the same as the pictures. All in all 10/10 apartment would highly recommend - the heated pool was definitely the cherry on top!

Great, new apartment with everything you need. Good amenities and homely furnishings. At 36° outside temperature, the apartment was thankfully equipped with sufficient, modern air conditioners. The beautiful old town of Trogir and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes on foot. During high season, finding a parking space may be a bit adventurous. This was not possible directly at the property, public parking nearby costs 15 euros/day. For this, we recommend using the "BMove" app, as the old machines only take hard cash. The only criticism is the rather late check-in time of 4 PM, especially since you should be out again at 10 AM.

We stayed there for a week and it was really as nice as in the pictures. Stjepan was super nice and helped with all sorts of things. 2 min walk to the beach, but 10 minute walk along the beach to get to the other side where most restaurants are located which was totally okay. 15-20 min by taxi from the airport to the house. 10 min from the house by taxi to Trogir Old Town. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet and pleasant vacation.

We stayed for a week and it was amazing! Even better than the photos, it literally has everything you need. short walk to stunning Trogir old town. Clean, comfortable with a great outdoor space. Antonio couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Will definitely be back!

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was to a very high standard and comfortable. Zeljka couldn't have been more helpful - from booking right through to the time of our stay and departure. The beach is just a two minute walk down the steps and it's very easy to get an Uber to Trogir in the evening for restaurants. A wonderful stay - we had a fantastic time exploring the island, coves and nearby Split. Highly recommended!

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

We had an amazing stay at Nikola's place! Great views, plenty of privacy, and the perfect space to enjoy for large groups. Still easy to access other areas of Split via taxi. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Ivana welcomed us very warmly with gifts and a flexible early check-in. We had a great time in the house, which you wouldn't expect for the low price! I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

Very nice Place and very friendly

Ana was very flexible with our early arrival and communicated well. The condo was beautiful and very nicely decorated. Located within a short walk to Old Town and other amenities. Only downside was that we came when it was very hot and the bedrooms do not have AC making it less comfortable to sleep, but this appears to be common in Croatia at the properties we have stayed at.

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Nice place, clean and functional. Google thinks house 19 is 50 m further so make sure to check the photo.

Marina's place was very comfortable and reasonably close to Split town center - we took Uber there to avoid dealing with parking. Head's up to future visitors - the nearby construction caused a couple Uber drivers confusion about where to pick up/drop off. The apartment is also well-located to explore Krka and Plitvice national parks. The apartment is very well stocked with provisions, among the best I have ever experienced in an Airbnb. I would definitely stay at Marina's place on a future visit to Split!
