El lugar es precioso, tranquilo y con una vista increible. Con mucha pena no pudimos usar la piscina pero estaba frío así que no nos dolió mucho. Sumamente amable y atenta!

We returned to Rafi's apartment as we enjoyed our stay last year. Rafi is a kind and helpful host who always responds. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We love the terrace overlooking the church and the storks' nests. The situation is excellent for everything in the town like shopping, cafes and restaurants and bus transport. Manzanares is a magical place for us with the local culture, walking and birdwatching.

Great host and Very patient. Went to a local festival and couple of Michelin restaurants due to her recommendation. Location is great. Easy to find a parking and old town is only 15 minutes walk. Many thanks.

A very pleasant stay. Perfect for me and my dog who like walking and there are fantastic walks from the front door It snowed so heavily during the night I was not sure that I could leave, and Maria kindly said I could stay until it was possible to drive safely.

The apartment is located in a historic building inside the medieval walls built between XI-XIV centuries. It really does feel as if you are living in the medieval times! It even has little balconies you can sit on and people watch or read a book. There are some good restaurants nearby and the host was very proactive at recommending some good local places to eat. The parking garage is not far away, but requires walking up some steps to get to the arch/entry into the city and then the apartment is not far from there. Since you can’t really park near the apartment (unless for luggage drop off, and even then you have to figure out the narrow streets to get in and out), we decided to keep it simple and left all our luggage in the car except for a few things we took with us. That worked well because we only stayed one night. The host was great and answered fast. The shower could use a new drain system because the water doesn’t drain fast. Overall we really liked the apartment.

Recomendable 100%. El anfitrión muy amable en todo momento y las instrucciones muy claras. En el alojamiento hay un cajón con mapas, recomendaciones y cosas para hacer. La limpieza muy buena, estaba impecable

We enjoyed staying here. Excellent location close to everything. Beautifully decorated in a building with lots of interesting history. It was a great place to stay with our kids. Comfortable and quiet. Soledad was always quick to respond and very helpful. I would love to stay here again on a future trip to Avila. Highly recommended!

Javier desde el primer momento nos ayudó, es amable y nos puso las cosas fáciles a la hora de la salida ya que teníamos una boda y nos permitió salir más tarde. La casa es muy bonita , nos encantó, fresquita para el verano , está en una zona tranquila y el pueblo tiene restaurantes que se agradece. Volveríamos a repetir . Gracias Javier .

Es un apartamento pequeñito pero muy bien equipado y limpio. El baño está muy bien.

El departamento estaba nuevo en excelentes condiciones, Javier en todo momento me informó de lugares para hacer compras, comer y lugares para visitar así como información adicional, sin dudar regresaría.

Great value, a lovely place with a good pool for use of tenants. It was easy to walk into the Avila and also easy for a quick trip to Madrid. The dog enjoyed it too.

El piso es amplio y está situado en un lugar precioso. Es un tercer piso, sin ascensor, considerarlo por personas con movilidad. en nuestro caso no hubo ningún inconveniente, disfrutamos y pudimos trabajar a gusto.

Todo fenomenal y los anfitriones muy amables. La granja es ideal si te gustan los animales. Se notaba nuevo, sobre todo la cocina. Destacar que la calefacción es suficientemente potente para mantener la casa caliente, algo no obvio en las casas rurales.

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa. Fuimos a pasar el fin de semana con intención de visitar la zona y al final no salimos de la granja de lo bien que estábamos allí. La casa tiene todo lo necesario y te dejan el desayuno (todo un detalle). La chimenea en invierno es definitivamente un plus. Las cámas son super cómodas. En resumen el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y es muy bonito. Poder interactuar con lo animales de la granja ha sido increible, sobretodo para nuestras hijas. Lo animales están prefectamente cuidados, se les ve sanos y felices. Es el destino ideal para ir con niños por el acceso a los animales y además tienen un monton de juguetes, juegos y libros para ellos. Antonio y Laura son los anfitriones perfectos. Estan atentos a todo en todo momento, con total disponibilidad. Les estamos mjuy agradecidos por el fin de semana tan estupendo que hemos pasado. Volveremos seguro.
