The house is very spacious, for 20 people between main floor and attic with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The price is €40 per additional person and night after 13 people. For more people up to 28 please check with us before booking. No parties. Between October and April the pool water is at 18-20 degrees NO MORE. The couple who take care of home and garden stay promptly in a totally separate basement apartment. She won't see her except when handing over the keys
