House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1 to October 31: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

In Séguret, one of the most beautiful villages in France, close to Vaison-la-Romaine: independent apartment of 60 m2 renovated in 2017, on the ground floor of the owners' house. Capacity: 2 to 4 people (convertible sofa bed in the living room). Terrace, garden furniture in a large wooded garden, views of the vineyard and surrounding hills.
