Loft holiday rentals in Seine-Saint-Denis

Jean-Christophe and his wife were very kind people. They even gave us a gift on Labour's day, a bottle of wine and a flower. It was very lovely staying with them, everything was clean and working properly. The AC was very welcome, considering the weather outside. Would 100% recommend to go here, if you are looking for an affordable place to stay near the Eiffel Tower. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with a Metro station around the corner. Also very easy for a taxi to pick you up at the front door. Overall a great experience!

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful, house, cozy and had all that we needed. Great location, close to metro, nice shops, restaurants nearby, yet quiet and peaceful. Check-in ,check out was easy with clear instructions. We felt welcomed in Paris. Marc and Richard are great hosts.

Great apartment in Le Marais! Perfect for one or two people - very small but charming. Erin was a very helpful host!

The apartment is located in a very nice area right by the canal. We were very kindly received by Sylvain's neighbor. Sylvain was also very accommodating with the late check-out.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was perfect and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for. The communication with Eric was outstanding and everything was great. I would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay at Laetitia’s apartment. I spent many hours researching location and we really loved it. So close to the Seine, around the corner from a metro station and among so many wonderful restaurants. For my daughter’s first time in Paris, this was perfect. The apartment itself was so quaint and sweet. Loved being among the roof tops in Paris- so magical! The stairs are a small price to pay for the views. The apartment had so many wonderful perks- hair dryer, curling irons, options for coffee, fans, air conditioning and a sweet treat when we arrived. Laetitia was wonderful- excellent communication and helped lug our luggage up the stairs on arrival. It was a truly perfect stay, I highly recommend!

Extremely good located apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of Paris. There are cool bars in the street and right behind the corner there is a great, 19th century restaurant where you can taste French cuisine Place des Vosges is just there, you have around 10-15 minutes of a nice walk to Hotel de Ville, Centre Pompidou or Les Halles, if you like to walk it is also very cool to walk to Latin Quarter from here :) Metro connections from Place de la Bastille are great, especially line 8 because of it’s route- in the same direction you can get to Opera or Invalides which is really cool, the line is actually a connection between the south east and south west of Paris. The apartment is quiet and interior is very nice, the bed is great which was very important to me as I used to walk 17-25km every day Bruno is easy going person, you can ask him for help or advice, and also he was kind enough to let me to put the luggage inside 4 hours before check in :) and 5 after check out

lovely place, cool with Spa and sauna

We absolutely LOVED Vero’s place! Location was amazing; excellent restaurants, patisserie and little grocer very close as well as Metro stops. The apartment was very well done with efficient use of space and everything we needed and then some. My only regret was not trying more of Vero’s fabulous recommendations. We hope to return for another stay!

A tranquil oasis in a lively neighborhood The large windows of this spacious apartment overlook a very quiet, green inner courtyard. On the roof of the adjacent chapel, pigeons coo and chicks chirp in a well-hidden nest. In the adjacent streets, you will find all the necessary shops and a good choice of restaurants. Rue Riquet, the grill restaurant does not look like much, but is very popular: it offers a wide choice of fresh meats and side vegetables, at very advantageous prices (on site and to take away). The proximity of the metro (Marx Dormoy, line 12) is also an interesting advantage.

We enjoyed staying Sindel's lovely modern apartment, that has everything you need. The apartment is well stocked with helpful touches like very good quality toiletries. The Bastille farmers market on Sundays and Thursdays is just a short walk down the street. Not only was the apartment great, but communication with Sindel was an absolute pleasure. She is an amazing host and made us feel welcomed. We would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend,

Barbara was extremely helpful and responsive, the location was quintessential Paris with easy access to cafes, museums, and shops, and the apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed for our party of 4. The space is fantastic! Light, space, tranquility and an inspiring place due to all the art present and the piano. Plenty of space to eat as a family and relax after a day of walking in the center. It is a nice neighborhood with many nice shops and especially try the bakery Maison Lecorvaisier for delicious craft breads and delicacies. Thank you Estelle for your hospitality it was an unforgettable weekend x

Cute place! Situated very close to the metro (Portes des Lilas). The house is lovely, clean and Cemence even cleaned energetically, so it felt wonderful there. If you like a quiet place where you can also sit outside this is a good place for you.

Katerina’s place is awesome! She was a very friendly host and made us feel at home. The place itself is decorated beautifully with a Parisian charm. Everything went smoothly, i would definitely recommend this space to others!
