Tiny house holiday rentals in Seine-Saint-Denis

Notre séjour a été fantastique ! Le chalet était d'une propreté irréprochable et bien équipé avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Un beau parc avec une petite ferme à 3 minutes à pieds , mes enfants ont adoré le parc et le animaux. Ils ont hâte de revenir ! Merci à Valérie

Booked last minute and so thankful for how amazing Nacira was at being so accommodating. So easy to access local transportation. We made it to Disneyland in under 20 minutes by train and into Paris easily as well. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!

Un très bon week-end passé dans cette petite maisonnette, calme et très propre vraiment super agréable, merci À Nicolas et Anne Sophie qui ont étés très arrangeants et agréables! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Josiane est une hôte très bienveillante, amicale et serviable. Le logement est au milieu des bois et de la nature... mais à 10 minutes en voiture de Disney !! Le logement est très bien équipé, propre et cosy. C'est une adresse qu'on retient pour de prochaines fois. Merci beaucoup Josiane et bonne continuation ☺️

Veľmi milý a priateľský hostiteľ Françoise a parádne bývanie. Cítili sme sa ako doma a určite by sme sa k nemu vrátili. Bývanie bolo naozaj čisté, vyzeralo ako na fotkách. Françoise bol veľmi ochotný, rýchlo a dobre s nami komunikoval, pomáhal vo všetkom čo sme potrebovali a nechal nám v chladničke aj vodu, pomarančový džús a mlieko. Okrem toho sme mali k dispozícii aj kávovar. Posledný deň ráno nás prekvapil aj s croissantmi k čomu sme sa veľmi tešili. Verejná doprava je pomerne blízko( autobusové zastávky do 5 minút a metro do 15 minút) čo je dobré keď sa človek chce dostať do centra. 100% odporúčame!!! Veľmi pekne ďakujeme za úžastný pobyt!

Marijo est une hôte adorable et la maison est vraiment charmante ! ☺️ Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. En plus, l’emplacement est idéal : proche de nombreux commerces tout en étant dans un quartier calme, parfait pour se reposer.

Endroit très sympathique et calme. Même avec une vague de chaleur lors de ma venue , la terrasse étant ombragé, c'est très agréable ! Hôtes très gentils, communicatifs et au petits soins. Si je dois revenir dans le coin, je résigne direct😊!

La casa di René è bellissima e molto particolare. La posizione è perfetta per andare in centro (A poche centinaia di metri dalla linea 1 della metropolitana). Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, negozi e ristoranti sia francesi che etnici. La casa è ben attrezzata e luminosa.

Our stay was simply perfect. Denis is a very available host who gave us always clear instructions and was always responsive. The stay at the house was beautiful, we relaxed in the little house and its beautiful garden, enjoying calm and silence. A wonderful experience, overall. Merci!

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit à 2 adultes et 2 enfants dans cette maisonnette. Un lit simple est installé dans l’entrée, le lit double et le 2eme lit simple sont côte à côte dans la pièce principale. Les lits étaient faits à l’arrivée et la literie est confortable. Notre passage a été rapide mais la maison se prête bien à notre famille avec 2 enfants et 2 adultes Nous reviendrons!

Le matin, je me réveille au son du gazouillis des oiseaux et je me prépare un expresso avec la machine à expresso. Prendre un repas avec vue sur le jardin. Les chiens et les chats me saluent quand je pars et quand je rentre. Boire du vin et préparer le dîner. Ce fut un séjour merveilleux.

My wife and I moved into Patricia's guest house with our baby daughter, and it quickly became our home. We love the natural materials - stonework walls, wide-plank wooden floors, oversized shower - and the feeling of being surrounded by nature. The house has its own wooden privacy fence and small garden and patio separating it from Patricia's large garden and main house, and the whole property is secure against entry from outsiders. We could choose to open up the wooden gate and have a view all the way into her garden, too - which is so deep and thick that you can't even see her house from our front door and vice versa - or close it to feel like we were in our own little nature preserve. Patricia's care for the environment is evident everywhere, from the gardens to the supplied eco-friendly cleaning products, and we have really enjoyed her company as well. In addition to the great value of this rental, I feel like we've made a friend for life with her. Most highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our time at Héléna's place! It's cosy, full of light and has a balcony with beautiful plants. Location is great with boulangerie-patisserie just across the street, literally next to the metro station and in walkable distance from the Louvre if you feel like exploring Paris on your feet :) And last but not least Héléna is a wonderful host who made sure our stay is totally smooth and enjoyable. Merci beaucoup!

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles war sauber als ich gekommen bin. Nicolas ist ein netter Gastgeber der auch ein bisschen englisch spricht. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Lage. Um in die Innenstadt zu kommen kann man entweder ca. 50 min mit der Bahn fahren oder wie wir es gemacht haben ca. 30 min mit dem Auto. Es gibt auch einen Bäcker in der Nähe welchen man leicht zu Fuß erreichen kann. Man hat auch eine kleine Terrasse die man für sich ganz alleine hat, die Katzen die hier immer wieder vorbeischauen sind echt mega süß. Uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Nicolas super gefallen, wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

The space is very comfortable and lovely. It’s right next to the river and an easy walk to train stations. Grocery store is walkable and nearby as well as pharmacy. The space itself is quiet and right in nature. Karine was a lovely host and was always welcoming. I would recommend this place!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Garten um Abends zu entspannen, Ruhige Lage wirklich ein besonderes Objekt! Wir waren dort um Paris Tour Eifel zu besuchen das super schnell mit der Metro erreichbar war, werden definitiv wieder kommen!

I stayed in this lovely mini house for a month and had a wonderful experience. The house is cozy and well-designed, with two floors that made it feel very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is incredibly calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing or working without distractions. Jessica, the owner, was fantastic. She was always quick to respond and very helpful whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. There was a minor issue with ants, which is understandable given the house has a garden and natural surroundings. However, this was easily managed with some spray and didn’t affect the overall experience at all. Everything else was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
