Villages and remarkable sites (Castelnau Barbarens, Simorre, Sansan) Numerous hiking and biking trails. Horseback riding excursions for experienced riders nearby. Limited access to the owners' pool; hours to be determined together.

We are 30 minutes from Marciac and its festival, 6 minutes from Mirande, 20 minutes from Auch, and 1 hour from Toulouse.

Well isolated from the cereal farm, you will be surrounded by a small landscaped garden, a vegetable garden, and a small sunflower crop; with private access. It offers unobstructed views of the hillsides of the Gers and access to the old restored washhouse. Right in the heart of the Astarac PNR project, you will discover its biodiversity, architectural and agroecological heritage.

The mill sleeps four people max.
