The yard buildings have also been renovated. The cozy yard has a barbecue canopy, outdoor sauna, dressing room, fire pit, natural pond and in winter an ice hole. Saunacottage on lake Parannesjärvi in Virrat, 300km north of Helsinki. 30m2 log-house, built in 2005 with 100m of own shoreline. Owners live on same 1,4ha property, 70m away. In the livingroom/kitchen of the cottage you find a double sofa-bed with extra matress for 2 persons. Separate toilet and wood-heated sauna with shower. 10m2 terrace with furniture and lake view. Fully equipped kitchen, gas-barbecue, rowing-boat, Wi-Fi. Very nice, quiet and cosy place for a couple to spend a holiday.
