The entire 2000 m² island is for your private use, without any visual contact with other cottages or houses. The cottage has electricity, but no running water. The wood sauna has carrying water and a water pot for heating the water. The sauna terrace has direct access to the lake. The toilet is an outdoor toilet. A unique and fresh log house in the heart of Pispala. Large windows, bright as a studio. Air heat pump with cooling function. The space is about 35m2 + a loft of 16m2. The Brunssi-lounaskahvila is located opposite, and there is also a K-market and a beach nearby. The house is in a quiet courtyard. There are stairs on the walkways. Wifi. Keypad, 24-hour check-in. Sleeping arrangements: 160 cm wide double bed and 80 cm sofa bed in the living room. The loft has a 140cm wide futon double bed, as well as an 80cm wide single bed.

Idyllic, over 100-year-old wooden house with yard near the center. 3 fireplaces, a simple sauna in the basement, a modern kitchen, and a lush garden in the summer. Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.
