Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Cagliari, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Lage war toll, da die Unterkunft sich in einer belebten Nebenstraße befindet und nur wenige 100 m von der Innenstadt und sehr tollen Restaurants entfernt ist. Der Aufenthalt bei Christian war sehr schön. Ich würde sie jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Fiorenza est une superbe hôte, gentille, réactive, de bon conseil pour aller voir les plus beaux endroits de Cagliari , elle nous a fortement aidé dans c'est recommandations pendant notre petit séjour, et à étais au petit soin avec moi et mes amis, je recommande vivement cette appartement qui est chaleureux et propre et où sa localisation est très pratique autant à pied que en voiture, merci Fiorenza pour tous nous reviendrons pour sûr , et dommage que nous ne puissions pas mettre 6 étoiles

Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind neben dem Appartement , genauso wie die Busverbindung einen innerhalb von 30 min nach Cagliari bringt . Wir hatten mit Elena und Marco wundervolle Gastgeber. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gab uns tolle Empfehlungen für die besten Strände in der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation über airbnb verlief reibungslos mit super schnellen Rückmeldungen. Besonders schätzten wir die kostenlosen Fahrräder und den Sonnenschirm, die uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurden – so konnten wir den Strand, der nur 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt ist, bestens genießen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der reservierte Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war ein Pluspunkt. Zudem wurde uns ein früherer Check-in gratis ermöglicht, was unseren Anreisetag noch entspannter machte. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war das recht harte Bett, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und hat unseren Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt. Wenn man die Umgebung weiter erkunden möchte, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, da zum Beispiel die Busfahrt (Linie PF,PQ) nach Cagliari etwa eine Stunde dauert. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Luca sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ein sehr schönes Panorama. Luca bereitet jeden Tag sehr liebevoll leckeres Frühstück zu und hat zudem auch noch zahlreiche Tipps für die Umgebung. Einfach alles top.

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

The apartment corresponded well to its description and had a wonderful view. Excellent location, shop around the corner and a top hamburger restaurant downstairs. It was easy to get to the center by bus. It was easy to get in touch with the owner. Thank you.

Looks exactly like the photos. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great location for exploring the town. Paolo was an attentive host who was happy to accommodate a late check out.

Laurie’s apartment is beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is absolutely perfect, with everything you need within easy reach. We also really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out, which made our trip even more convenient. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay and the apartment was very well located and spacious. It was very well appointed with big rooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the piazza. It was sometimes a bit noisy early in the morning with street cleaning but the apartment was quite well soundproofed with windows shut. Overall we had a lovely stay and the location is great for exploring Cagliari.

Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Lage & Parkplatz bestens. Supermarkt nebenan und auch gute Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Zum Strand & den Strandrestaurants ist's allerdings fast schon zu weit zu Laufen, aber machbar. Ansonsten alles tip-top.

Nous avons passés 2 semaines dans le logement de Marco, l’appartement est impeccable, très bien située et dans une résidence calme et respectueuse. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un agréable séjour. Marco et Simona sont disponibles, réactifs et compréhensifs! À notre arrivée nous avons eu plus de 2h de retards à cause de notre vol, ce qui nous a fait arriver à 22h et malgré cela ils nous ont attendus sans nous en tenir rigueur! Merci pour cet accueil, nous avons adoré notre séjour en Sardaigne ☀️

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Vi var sju tjejer som checkade in hos Sheila. Vi blev varmt välkomnande av hon och hennes man. Det fanns allt man behövde. Boendet ligger väldigt centralt till centrum och nära till buss- och tågstation. Boendet hade bra sängar och förvaringsmöjligheter. Vi kommer absolut att boka detta boende om vi åker till Cagliari igen!😍

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

This place was so spacious and clean! It was a beautiful place to stay, I would definitely come back. Convenient location too. Our host was lovely as well.

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
