In the surrounding area you will find a football stadium, sandy beaches, shops, cafes, library, cinema and water park. Many nice hiking opportunities both in the immediate area, and top trips in the Sunnmørsalpene. Nice with a trip to Runde and Lundefugl, or to Ålesund to enjoy city life.

The place is undisturbed and close to the lake. There is a private beach that is secluded. There are also opportunities to meet the animals on a modern farm that is located right next to it.
