Apartment holiday rentals in Selly Oak

This review actually relates to a different, equivalent property on the same street. The company (Stay) identified a problem with the apartment we had booked, and assigned us a new property before check in, so there was no inconvenience. It’s a nice little apartment, very clean and in a convenient location only about five minutes’ walk from a train station. Very handy as the road is close to the uni campus and it’s only 10 minutes on the train to Birmingham New Street in the city centre. Also nice walk along the canal to Bournville in one direction and town in the other. The attic room we had was rather warm in early summer, but soon cooled down with the skylights open

Great place to stay, plenty of room, quiet surroundings but quick into the centre of town - well appointed apartment with everything you’d expect, and Curig kindly left some very nice quality wine for us, which was a welcome bonus - it’s a great place to stay if you’re working in Birmingham because it’s about 2 mins to a bus stop and the very regular buses are about 15 minutes into the centre - overall really happy with our stay

Loved our stay here, very comfortable and clean! My mum and I was working at the NEC for the GoodFood show and this flat is perfectly located for a quick 15-20 min drive. Onsite parking is very helpful too. Lots of restaurants and takeaway options after a busy day. I would 100% stay again for our next event at the NEC. Thank you so much!! x

great apartment, clean and spacious, good kitchen facilities. location was ideal just a short walk on the canal to town and nice and quiet at night. would definitely recommend it!

The perfect location 10 mins from Edgbaston if you are in Birmingham for the Cricket. The shower room was squeaky clean with the rest of the place exactly as described and per the photos. Really nice goodie hamper of snacks left which were perfect to deal with the munchies in the evening…. A short a sweet visit with a return planned whenever we are in town for matches in the future.

Really lovely little space to stay in for a week. Nicholas was really helpful when I struggled to find the bins and gave Really clear instructions on everything needed to be done for check in and check out.

Stayed here for 2 months whilst temporarily working at the University of Birmingham (20 minute walk to university or hospital). Property is great for those working short term positions, with room for multiple colleagues to stay at the same location. Property is located on a main road but is well sound proofed from within. Numerous small shops located near to the property, with larger stores about 20 minutes away. Easy to get into the city center with bus stop right outside the front door. Neel was an attentive host, organising regular cleaning during my 2 month stay and resolve any issues that occured with the property promptly and effectively. Overall the property is well-furnished with all required appliances, and ideal for a short term stay.

The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and restaurants, yet it felt like a peaceful retreat. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Wohnung. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft war auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar. Der Strassenlärm war störend. Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

My boyfriend and I stayed at chambers last night. We loved how decorated and clean it was. Once we arrived we went and got a Chinese Which is close by. Once settled we got straight into the hot tub and wow the temperature was spot on the jets was heaven on our backs. And just enjoying the evening as it came. We would love to stay over again Wish we stayed longer. Thank you chambers Hopefully talk to you again very soon.
