Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Small convenience store at end of the road, but only a short walk from the Selsey village. Plenty to visit in the local area.

The site itself offers, A heated swimming and splash pool (open end of may to September) children's play area, tennis courts, 5-aside football pitch, TV and gaming room and a shop for all you essentials. A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. Lovely self-contained, light, airy and large (30m2) room just a 1 min walk from the beach. Own entrance, parking on driveway in front of front doors. A king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) and a small private decked area. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. You can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard .

Comfortable and quiet get away.

Five minute walk to the beach and the rnli lifeboat station. Chichester is a fifteen minute drive away or there is a regular good bus service the stop is 2 minute walk away. Shopping can be local with Asda and co-op stores in the high street, other local shops and plenty of places to eat out or take away. Although the beach is pebbly there is sand when the tide is out. Peaceful location and where Eric Coates was inspired to write the instrumental music the sleepy lagoon.
