Waterfront holiday rentals in Selsey

What a fantastic find, so close to the sea, pub locally for food and a fish and chip van too. The accommodation was spotless and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful few days thanks and hope we’ll be back again soon.

Seascape is a quiet, spacious and well decorated apartment next to the sea, and within walking distance of the Ryde passenger ferry, bus terminal and town centre. It's good base for exploring the Isle of Wight or just staying in Ryde and taking advantage of the local facilities. The interior is very comfortable and of a high standard. We were very pleased to find some provisions on our arrival, including a loaf of bread, butter, milk and eggs, as well as some ice creams in the freezer. My partner and I would strongly consider returning at a future date.

Great stay in a comfortable stylish apartment. The location was perfect as were travelling without a car and could easily walk everywhere. Lots of great pubs and restaurants nearby

My family enjoyed this beautiful Seaview home! The property is absolutely peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of bedrooms and space in the house. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the nook with a view of the sea! My daughter loved the tree swings and tucked away tree house among the gardens. The beach walkway is perfect to walk along the waterfront and access to close restaurants. The location is close to the local bus stop, which we used as our main transportation around the island. James was always so responsive and very helpful to provide information leading up to our stay. He had a baby cot ready to go for our stay and the house was kid friendly with bins of toys and children's books. Wishing we could make this our summer home, as it is a special place. An absolute Gem if you want on the seafront right on the beach and pier this is your place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by on the beach. It’s perfect family apartment. The apartment was immaculate

Great location close to the coastal path. Apartment was well equipped and spacious. Easy to access and the host was quick to respond.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Good size bedrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils etc. Two minute walk through the shared garden to the stone beach so super easy to pop down. East Wittering itself had lovely cafes and bakeries plus an amazing cheese shop. Karen was helpful and very responsive. I'd have no hesitation in staying again.

lovely few days in Littlehampton, Kays place was ideal for us. Kay was very helpful leading up to our stay and answered any questions whilst we were there. Apartment was clean, well equipped and had lovely comfortable beds. Would recommend and definitely stay again. thanks again

Thi communicated fantastically throughout the process. The home was very clean and within walking distance from Chichester station. The complimentary food and fresh flowers were a great touch.

Beautiful house in lovely area. Location would be hard to better, 5 minute walk to sea and a little further to shops/restaurants. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We particularly loved the secure gated parking area and the very modern, spacious kitchen.

Beautiful house in a perfect location (as long as you don’t mind a bit of noise from passing traffic and pub next door). The view of the sea is stunning and the house was spotlessly clean and fresh. Wish we could have stayed longer.

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place this is it. Excellent acommodation. Roxanne was very helpful and she gave us all the instructions that we needed. For sure we will come back.

We couldn’t have asked for a better cottage in a breathtaking location. Lindy’s place was truly exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. Lindy was so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet her. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for two days on this occasion, but what an amazing two days they were. The apartment was absolutely amazing, very homely and the view and location to the beach is fantastic. It’s at the end of a private road so hardly any traffic, it was very quiet. The Beach restaurant is a 5 minute walk away and did lovely food, there’s a coffee shop and co-op the same distance away. East Wittering is a 10-15 walk and has a couple of restaurants and pubs with very friendly locals. I would highly recommend this apartment, we stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave !

The place is nice, just few steps away from the sea and bay view. It is great to walk around and have fresh air specially in the morning. There is a nice park and arcade area nearby for kids to have fun. The only difficulties we had was finding a space to park the car along the road side specially if you're late going back to the house. Amy is very attentive in ensuring you get the parking permit on the road side beforehand. Great place to explore Portsmouth and Southsea area.

Very friendly hosts and a great value stay. Very short walk to seafront, and was clean and tidy. Would recommend!

The property was just as described, beautiful clean and tidy kitchen. The seating at the Georgian window had views of the sea. The sun shone in and was delightful. The hot tub was well used by the family, they enjoyed it very much. Beds were comfy and well presented. The coffee machine was great. A lovely break for the bank holiday.

Robert's place was absolutely perfect for a weekend in southsea. The area of southsea its self is so lovely and probably the nicest location around. The place was perfect with a massive communal Open kitchen and a big front room, great for friends and families to hang out. The bedrooms were actually nicer than the pictures. The garden was great and they had lots of indoor and outdoor games which was good to entertain my niece. The front bedroom was a little loud with the road until about 10pm, but after that it was fine. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/ cutlery/ cleaning products etc. Perfect place to stay!

Fantastic place. Any closer to the sea and you'll get wet feet. Clean everything easy tind travel wise. Peaceful evenings to relax.
