The house, despite being surrounded by woods and vineyards, is only 2’by car (15’ on foot) from the bus stop and pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’by car from the center of Bellinzona. Exit the Bellinzona-sud motorway, 5’ and 25’ walk from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due locali: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

Casa Berlinda, The detached rustic south-facing on a large forest and meadow property ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comforts (all rooms have underfloor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

2.5-room apartment in a two-family house; consisting of a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room (1-2 seats). The kitchen is open space and overlooks the living room. Use of the garden is available. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (bus stop 3 min.): Bellinzona is 10 minutes by bus, Locarno 30 minutes by bus and Lugano 20 minutes by train. Great location for excursions to the Tibetan bridge of Monte Carasso and Curzütt.

The newly renovated apartment is on the 1st floor of an old, traditional Ticino house with courtyard to enjoy & barbecue. It is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport and perfectly located as a starting point for all kinds of excursions.

Our apartment is suitable for 2 people and 1 child, it is located on the ground floor of a house renovated in 2021 in the center, in the neighborhood of Bellinzona. 15 minutes from the motorway exit of Bellinzona North/South and can also be easily reached by public transport (Bellinzona station a few km and 3’ from the bus stop).
