Apartment(2.5) on the ground floor in a house of three apartments, nice view towards the floor, Lake Maggiore and mountains. Veranda, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, toilet with shower. NO fireplace. Shared garden and laundry room. Although surrounded by woods and vineyards, the house is only a 2-minute drive (15-minute walk) from the bus stop and a café/bakery, and a 15-minute drive from the center of Bellinzona. Bellinzona-sud highway exit is a 5-minute drive away, and the train station is a 25-minute walk away. Great for hiking and biking.

The property is sitting on the southern side of the Ticino Alps quite a bit up hill where you have a maximum of sun exposure. From here you have a magnificent panoramic view of the Maggadino plain and the mountain peaks on the opposite side of the valley. This place only is 10 minutes far from the Bellinzona Sud motorway exit and is therefore ideally located to easily and quickly reach every corner of Ticino by car. Whoever prefers to keep the car in the parking lot has several hiking options.
