Great stay, would stay again

10/10 would stay here again. like in the listing the place is small-ish but it's definitely not too small. The resort community is super cute and the pool and laundry area was nice. my family felt right at home. Michelle was an amazing host, she went above and beyond and was always super responsive whenever we had to reach out. I'm hoping to stay here again next year! thank you Michelle for the amazing vacation!

The location was so peaceful and beautiful. We planned to go out for dinner, but decided that we’d rather order food to the house because the view’s were so serene. Lisa was very pleasant and accommodating. You can really tell that she cares about the little details that make the guest instantly feel at home.. This place was the cherry on top of an awesome vacation. Will definitely be back soon!

We had a great stay here while attending a wedding at the Howey Mansion. The place was very inviting, comfortable, and well stocked. Really appreciated the extra towels, efficient air conditioning, and the entire apartment. While it is on the third floor, the walk up was not hard, the steps have very good handrails. Excellent location if you need to stay in the area with great views from both bedrooms. Highly recommended!

Eileen was so kind and very responsive with any inquiry we had. The house was beautiful and very accommodating. If I ever need to come to the area, I’ll definitely be using this Airbnb.

Such a great place to stay for the parks! There were great restaurants around and it was so nice to come back and relax at the end of a long day!

Loved the place. It's comfortable and homey. Had plenty of towels and linens. Will definitely stay again. It's near the Kia Arena and Camping World Stadium which is a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay at Minia’s place. My husband and I traveled with our 4 children ages 4-12 and they all enjoyed the resort. There was plenty of space. Both Minia snd the resort staff were very responsive making sure we had what we needed. We ended up adding on the weekly pass for the kids waterpark because after viewing the pictures, this was what the kids were most interested in! It was $18/person per day with the resort app which had another deals as well. Of course Orlando is very busy, but it was a great central location for evening dinner options. Also, we loved the location of Minia’s condo. It was on the south end which was away from the hassle of the front desk, but a quick walk to 1 of many great pools and very close to waterpark and mini golf! We would stay here again. Thank you!

I love it it was a easy check in really clean I was post to watch my show the bed was to comfortable I fell asleep lol I forgot I was in a air bnb for a min that’s how comfortable I was and he gave a later check out I highly recommend other to stay its worth the price I would stay here again ❤️

Would actually plan to come back specifically to this property. Great location, great amenities and host. Really made our stay streamline and worry free. Bob was personable and anticipated needs/ questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very Big and a lot of outdoor space!

This place was perfect for my husband and I for the night! We had a few different last minute plans once we got there, but Marc-Kendy accommodated us and welcomed us! The house was clean and everything we needed was at hand (towels, bottled water, soap, etc.). We had a quick trip to Florida and back home to NC and this place was great for us!

Nathan and Caleb was friendly and the house was beautiful, it was exactly like the photos and everything was really clean! I wished we stayed longer and I definitely recommend this host :)

Highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area. I loved it there. Beautiful home, great people, comfortable bed, pool and multiple streaming platforms on the Tv like Netflix and Hulu…Need I say more…pack your bags and book now People!!!

I literally thought it was the “pool house” not a room in the house. However, the master bedroom is what is offered. This is a great quiet place.

We felt right at home while in Orlando because of this Air BnB. I was worried we would struggle because it is a large complex, but the GPS was spot on at the correct building and the unit was very easy to find. The complex is in amazing condition, amenities were great, and the unit was so relaxing. Everyone in my group kept raving about how comfortable the mattresses and pillows were. There was an abundance of towels and they hostess will quickly respond if you need additional towels. We LOVED this Air BnB and will definitely be renting it again. Right outside the gates of the complex there are stores, liquor stores, Chipotle and other food/store options (you can walk there it is so close). Thank you for a great experience & amazing stay!

Perfect little spot! Perfect beach! A lot of equipment in the kitchen, everything you can need is there. Close enough from everything you want, far enough to find your peace! Exactly as described in the ad.

Omar was a great host his response time was very quick. He also was very understanding about needing a late check in. The area is nice everything you need is close by.

Great location, responsive host, wonderful view

Vista Cay is a great setup. You can walk to the nearby Publix to get everything you need + are close to all the attractions. The pool is as advertised and doesn't feel overcrowded, even during peak season. Really great value overall.

Extremely nice resort, excellent location, cozy room, clean and nice decorated! Ingrid always answered us quickly and helped us with what was needed!

Lori just had a personal family matter. She still put that aside and make sure that I had awesome time she made me feel right at home. The place was beautiful. It was clean very tidy. The bed was amazingly comfortable. She was cooking when I arrived so the house smelled amazing. She is just phenomenal Lori, Lori, Lori Lori.

It was a nice place to stay close to local areas and a lot to do. The place was clean and matched the pictures.
