Villa Madonna è una proprietà costruita a fine ottocento. Il suo nome deriva dall’affresco che vedrete sopra la porta di ingresso di casa. Qui sarete immersi nella natura, circondati dalla pace. Potrete ascoltare il suono delle cicale o degli uccelli, osservare il sole che spunta da dietro al monte all’alba o rilassarvi a guardare le stelle. Non sentirete voci di vicini di casa, rumore di auto, potrete godere del relax della campagna, restando vicini al mare e a dei meravigliosi trekking.

The Villa and the out buildings of "Mereta Castle” date back to 1400. They are surrounded by beautiful greenery, within a hectare of private olive grove, and are located on a beautiful hill overlooking a natural amphitheatre with views down to the sea. It is a place for exclusive holidays where the idyllic feel of the countryside, and the charm “Dolce Vita” are combined with the elegance of the "Master House" and the majesty of the adjacent "Tower". 10 sleeps are available in 5 bedrooms.

There are only 25 steps separating the apartment from the sea. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli The beach below has a reduced size compared to the first photograph, the sea has changed the conformation. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length

Living in a viewpoint on Portofino

When I first entered into the house, I saw it as the perfect solution to relax with the freedom to choose between seaside and mountains both far from the crowd and close to the Liguria's key places.Zoagli pristine water's only 5 min drive away from the entrance door of this apartment located in the green area of Anchetta mountain. Both bedroom and living room have a wonderful view on the Portofino gulf and I reckon a glass of red win at sunset here worth the trip.

Il monolocale che viene affittato è una parte di un vecchio frantoio di fine '800 ricavato da una ristrutturazione nel rispetto delle volumetrie originali. Il monolocale si inserisce in un contesto ancora autentico.Non si arriva in auto ma camminando per 5/6 minuti. Al Frantoio si respira ancora una Liguria verace , diversa da quella patinata della costa
