Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB with privacy.

Kid friendly as well. Property is also within 1.2 miles of Oconee Airport, 0.7 miles to a dock, 1.5 miles to the grocery store, and less than 1.3 miles to Y beach public parking (avoid game day traffic if you are coming in for football). Close to everything in Oconee, Pickens and Anderson Counties.

The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

It's 5 minutes from the Historic Ram Cat Alley with Live Outdoor music every Thursday Night (Apr.-Oct.), Shopping, Boutiques, Restaurants, Breweries, and Coffee Shops. It's only 12 minutes from Clemson University, and a short drive to Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, and Lake Hartwell. This area is home to numerous Waterfalls, Hiking Trails, and good southern barbecue. Getaway on Lake Hartwell: Pontoon Rental, Clemson

Our 3 bedroom house is located on Lake Hartwell and is just a 15 min drive to Clemson University. You can enjoy access to the dock and beach which are a quick golf cart ride away. We have paddle boards on the dock and kayaks, coolers, bagged ice, fishing poles etc upon request. Off the back of the detached garage there’s a furnished screened-in deck with a grill that overlooks the end of the cove and fire pit below.
